The college is affordable, but it has some drawbacks.

Placements: The placement situation is not very good in the civil engineering department. There is no guarantee for placement fairs to be held. Under government or university guidelines, when placement fairs are conducted, approximately 1.2 Lacs annual packages are offered by companies of different fields. The packages depend on your capabilities.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Many companies visit our college to recruit B.Tech civil engineering students. Almost 100% of students got internships from our college.

Government Engineering College, Godhra is a good college.

Placements: There is almost 85% placement in our college. Almost 30-40 companies come for placements and hired students. In every department, almost 80-90% of students get good placements. They make you job ready by encouraging and helping you. Also, I participated in many placements that are guided by our faculty.

Placements are provided in 2022 but there is no maintenance.

Placements: In our college, there are no placements. Some companies visited our college the previous year in which only a few students were hired. President Motors and SBI Life Insurance were some of the companies. Next year, we are hoping for the best option for the students so that it will be helpful for our batch.

It is a really good college with great cleanliness and kind teachers.

Placements: The placement cell of our college works very well and very hard. Almost every year, it arranges a job fair, and many students also get placements. Almost 60%-70% of the students get jobs in campus placements. It is great to have such placements in our college. Most of the companies prefer to select students from this college.

It is a good college with a low fee, so it is perfect for those students who cannot afford high fees

Placements: In this college, you can't expect placements because when I passed out from college, my classmates and also many students from other departments didn't get placements. However, I heard after 2 years of passing out of college that students got placements from the college, so it is good news.

The infrastructure is good but the canteen and water facilities is bad sometimes during monsoon

Placements: I have scored 7.01 CGPA Overall. I was selected in campus interview but they signed me for one year contact and salary is not high as per our degree so I rejected this job. Only 10% of students get job from college placement although half of them resign due to they are not satisfied with their job.

Our teaching faculty members are good, but some students do not come to the class.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students got placed in this course. Private companies and small companies recruit students from our college. Students are offered roles like construction, civil engineering, surveying, site engineering and structural design. The lowest salary package is offered to us. Minimum 20% of the students got an internship in private companies.

Good infrastructure and facilities are available here, but the college is located in a rural area.

Placements: In our college, there are no placements or internships. All students will be passed out from here with Gujarat Technological University degree. Students have to find jobs on their own outside the campus. However, some professors here organise a programme for placement and training. So I hope that students get success in future, and companies will visit here for placements.

It has very good infrastructure, but I am disappointed with hostel facilities and placements.

Placements: There is a committee in our college named T&P cell. It conducts all the tasks regarding placements and internships, and I am a coordinator of that committee. Till today we have placed thousands of students in a very high-level company. Companies like MNPS, Reliance and Tata also visited our college for placements and interviews.

Facilities provided by our college and principal are good.

Placements: After 12th, students must qualify with required marks to take admission in this college according to their cast category. The highest salary offered is Rs. 70,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month, which is the starting salary. As it is a government college, no companies visit here, and there are no placements offers. In our course, the maximum salary offered is Rs. 60,000 per month and the minimum salary offered is Rs. 18,000 per month.

A good college with good staff, especially for the mechanical engineering department.

Placements: There were not many placements in our final year. Only two or three companies visited the campus to recruit the students. However, after the completion of our course, we had chances to apply for several companies, including Polycab. Placements were not provided for our seniors too, but the staff are now putting efforts to attract companies to the college.

It is absolutely the best government engineering college.

Placements: Many companies have visited the campus for the job fair this year. Many interested students and 35 companies participated in the job fair. As it is a government college, many of us also participate in the campus placements of other government colleges.

Review of Government Engineering College, Godhra.

Placements: Our college provides average placements. If students score above 60% in their 10th, 12th, and B.E. exams have a higher chance of being placed in large companies like Adani, Yokogawa, Lemonvb, etc. The salary package offered ranges between 4.5 LPA - 8 LPA. You should have the potential to succeed in their exams and interviews. You should have good knowledge. If your percentage is below 60%, you may receive less salary package and have to work harder to succeed.

Placements: The highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies did not visit our campus. Almost every student got an internship. Top roles offered were site engineer, supervisor, and designer.

It is the best college to complete engineering at a very low price.

Placements: No placements are provided by our college. But in the previous year, one of the companies company has visited the campus to recruit students from the electrical department for the students who have completed their degrees. Some of the faculty members are trying to start good placements here.

Due to some reasons, placements were not provided earlier, but they are provided now.

Placements: The highest salary offered is more than Rs. 50,000 per month, the average salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is below Rs. 25,000 per month. Students must have the experience to get placed in top companies. Students must have responsibility and supervision to get top roles. Around 80% of the students got internships in top companies, and they were also offered jobs after their internships.

There are good faculty members, but there are no placements.

Placements: In this Government Engineering College, Godhra, none of the companies visits for placements. All students do their best for the future, and none of the companies visits here for internships also. I have chosen BE in the civil engineering branch, and I suggested this course by my seniors, who have passed out recently.
