Reality of GNSCR, Raipur
Placements: There is no on-campus placement in our college. Being a government institution, this is to be expected. Even after completing a Bachelor's degree here, the future of students remains uncertain. Those pursuing a Master's degree face the same issue; they receive a degree but no placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The hostels are well-built, but it is very difficult for general quota students to secure a hostel. Only SC/ST and OBC students are accommodated. Regarding the course, it is quite basic and not very impressive. The teachers are good, but there is no fixed schedule.
Faculty: The teachers have good knowledge but lack time management skills. Class timings are irregular, and the schedule for exams is often announced only a week in advance, leaving little time for proper preparation.

Average but satisfied by the performance our college.
Placements: Only few students get placement from our college, mostly in steel plants and IT sector. The selection of the students for placement takes place once in 3 years. Many students studying in college used to do part time jobs for their monthly expenses. The recruiting companies of our colleges are tata, amazon, iron industries etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well built. The facilities provided to the students are very poor. The washrooms are in very dirty condition. Parking slots are very small, etc. The college has hostel facility and the condition of college hostel is good enough. But the food in the mess is not satisfying.
Faculty: The professors of the college are highly qualified. The teachers operate with students and help to develop interest towards particular subjects. The course I opted is B.Sc science. I just wanted a college degree because I want to get into civil services. This course is not in our state. Many students opt this course but do not get a proper placement. The examinations held in our college are very decent. The level of difficulty in exams is average. Any student can study daily for 1 hour to score good marks.
Other: The experience of college life is well satisfying. I gathered knowledge as well as made many true friends. I got career guidance from my college. They support the students to get better opportunities.

Our college is good in terms of studies.
Placements: Around 30% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is Rs. 70,000 per year. Students don't get internships. They prepare for other courses.
Infrastructure: Our college offers various facilities such as labs, classrooms, a Physics lab, a computer lab, sports facilities, and a library. The hostel provides comfortable rooms, study tables, chair, beds, a gym, a hall, a sports room, a table tennis room, badminton court, and outdoor ground.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and well-experienced. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is helpful. Exams are not very difficult. If you study well, you can easily pass the exams with good marks.

Dissatisfied with the faculty members especially the HOD. No placements support.
Placements: Unfortunately, over the course of three years of my Bachelor's there has not been any placement that was offered by the campus. The teachers rarely talked about career plans or advised anything. It was mostly about how well you can write your answers in the exams.
Infrastructure: There were Wi-Fi networks but not for all the computers in the lab. Clean water and food in the canteen were moderate quality and taste. Sports and games were provided will variety but weren't well-equipped. Lack of cleanliness as street dogs can easily roam around the campus.
Faculty: Many teachers were qualified and passionate about teaching but unfortunately more half of them doesn't meet the description above. Therefore many students needed to pay extra money for coaching classes. Curriculum was elaborated and structured, but the programming languages used are quite obsolete these days.
33 percentage minimum was required to pass any subject. The exams were moderate to high difficult.
Other: I hope the quality of classrooms and modern methods of teaching can be adopted. The events were conjusted and overall weakly planned since there are thousands of students but not enough space.

My college gives good facilities and placements.
Placements: They give us the highest package of 10 LPA and the lowest of 4 LPA. Many companies visit here. 50% students got internship. In BCA, we get to know everything about computers and this is the best part of this course.
Infrastructure: We got the best teachers in our college and they teach us very well. We have computer labs for doing programming, coding, etc. They give us medical facilities and sports too. Hostels are present in the college. Classrooms, labs, library, etc. are very good.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable and they help us to study well. They are very helpful to us. They tell us everything about the college and also explain us about what to do in future. They are just god for us.

College Provides Very Good Facilities Environment.
Placements: The highest Package offered by this college is approximately 2.5 LPA, the lowest Package offered by this college is almost 80,000 thousand per annum and average Package is 1.5 LPA. You can work as a Software Developer or Web Developer etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very attractive and beautiful. All the necessary things are available in the classrooms and labs like Wi-Fi, etc. Library is good and all the required books are available. The Hostels are amazing, the environment is clean, the food offered in the mess is decent, and there are a lot of Indoor and Outdoor Games which you can play.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and clear the students’ doubts very easily. Teaching quality of teachers is good. If you are from a BCA background then you are ready for industry jobs like web developer, etc. Exams are good and paper correction is strict. 90-95% of students can pass exams.
Other: I want to go into the IT field so I chose BCA. BCA is a good option for those who want to go into the IT field. Crowd is good in our college and every year College organizes many events, fest etc. This College can provide you a scholarship based on your 12th Percentage. Every Curricular Activity is done in a perfect way.
