The college is good and recommendable.
Placements: Above 20 students got placed from my class. Bajaj, Mahindra, L&T, MRF, Mando, etc. recruited the students from mechanical batch. Most of the companies approach our college for supervising posts. It is a recommendable college for the students who are looking for placements.
Infrastructure:
The college has library facilities, good classrooms, college groups, gym, etc. Above average food is available in the hostel and above average facilities in the college. There are labs in practicing work such as workshops, computer labs, etc.
Faculty: Our lecturers have minimum qualification of Diploma and degree in engineering. Some staff members have Ph.D. and have experience in teaching and practicing in labs. Each department has workshops and technicians.
Other: I am a mechanical engineering student of 2018-2021 batch. Events are good.

Review of Government Polytechnic College, Kottayam.
Placements: This is a government college, and the fee is low. The placements are good. Mostly American-based companies and other popular companies recruit students from this college. The college provides good opportunities for students, and students will get good jobs. The college is good for placements.
Infrastructure: The college provides many facilities. The classrooms are good. Wi-Fi is not available. Labs and a library are available. The library has a lot of books for reading. The labs are modern. The hostel accommodates 200 and above students, and 3 students share a room. The food is not good. Medical facilities are available in college. Sports and games are available in our college.
Faculty: The teachers are good at teaching, and they help students with their studies, sports and games. The teaching quality is good, and the course is curriculum relevant. Students are made industry-ready in this college. We have semester exams, and the minimum pass mark is 60%.
Other: I like this course, and I also like auto field. The best thing is that we have many job opportunities. The campus gives good positive vibes.
