Our college is satisfactory for average students.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. The students who are capable, get placed in good companies in Delhi NCR, with a package of 2-3 LPA as their initial salary. Though the TPO cell is not very active, the merit students make the companies notice their talent. Thus, they get selected.
Infrastructure: The campus is very big. Not only an engineering college but also a polytechnic college is present on the campus. Though the building is quite old, it's nice. The labs are average. Computer PCs are of old versions. Canteens in our college are okay, but they are at a huge distance. The college is far away from the city, so it's difficult for the students to visit the market.
Faculty: The faculty in our college are very experienced. They teach with full excitement and ease. They make difficult things look very easy. The admission cell and all the clerks are also very nice. The curriculum is according to the terms and conditions of the university. The topics taught are not very useful as we are taught only the basics in our college. Still, the basics are quite important to understand the present technologies.
Other: There are not many events organised in our college.

Dissatisfied because of the management.
Placements: No placement is provided for my senior batch and our batch as no company visited the college for the last 2 years. A job fair was organised in the past. Students are totally dissatisfied with the placements. Many of the students work in different fields because our college provides very few placements in the past few years.
Infrastructure: The college has average infrastructure and sports facilities. No facility or coaches are provided for various games. Students of this college win various tournaments, but our management does not give them any reward or honour. Labs are not in working conditions. Classrooms are average.
Faculty: The teachers are supportive. There is a lack of faculty in various courses. The qualifications of teachers are not up to the mark of being a professor. They are less experienced teachers and are unable to provide good education to the students.
Other: No fest or event is organised in the college. Only a sports day is organised.

Dissatisfied because there is no placement opportunities here.
Placements: There are only 5-10 students who got placed from this college. There is no opportunity for the students as it's an average college. Those students who are placed have a package of only Rs. 2-3 Lakhs and their role are to be the mechanical engineer and in the call centre in Mahindra.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, library, labs, sports, games, Wi-Fi campus, parking, buses facility, open ground, a bookshop, Nescafe, Verka, security on gates and such amenities are available on the campus. It is linked to the main road and is easily accessible by the local vehicles. The classrooms here are good, labs are good, but the Wi-Fi lab facility is not good.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, and they teach very well. Lab assistants do not teach very well, and they are from the nearby places. There is no outside teacher as all of them are the local teachers. I will suggest not to take admission here. Therefore its an average college.
Other: The passing out programs and scholarship are conducted here.

It is one of the best colleges for study, fun, and entertainment. The fee is less.
Placements: In the placement drives of my batch, 40% students were placed for the internship only, because I think there was a less preparation for the interview and students were not serious. And placements are not too good that the students can. One reason is that students are not serious about the job at the time when they are in college.
Infrastructure: All facilities like Wi-Fi labs and sports are available in the college. The campus is too big. There are two hostels, many buildings and many cafes are present. If we compare with other colleges, this college has more space, with that, they can do many things. There are five playgrounds. There are three parking areas for vehicles. More than 100 employees are there. The college helps the poor students regarding the fee. Many singers come and perform in the events. There is a lot of fun in the events.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. At any time you ask your teacher, they will help. The way of teaching is too good. They will help students in practicals. In this college, teachers are experienced in their field. Each teacher has at least five years of experience. Teachers are good at nature and behaviour.

Not very satisfied, but it's okay.
Placements: The placements are not too good, and it's average. The companies come for IT only. In mechanical engineering, there are no better placements. Earlier it was good when I was in the first year. The companies hire the students approximately in all the streams, but at my time, it was all finished. The sad thing all about that is that the organisation does not do anything about it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was awesome. Especially the mechanical engineering department, I loved it. The classrooms are satisfactory. There is Wi-Fi available in the campus. The hostel was awesome that time. Wi-Fi, sports facility, security were all available. Overall, it was a great experience about the infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty was average according to me. They are a bit strict with the outside students. Not all faculty treat the same. Some faculty were awesome, very supportive. It's very proud to say that, our mechanical department was the best among all the remaining departments. It also has the best strength in all these branches.

Not worth attending unless the college management changes its attitude towards the students
Placements: The scope of placement in this college is next to nothing. I can't remember if anyone was placed in the four years of time with barely any company visiting us. Mostly, consultancy did and asked for money. This is due to poor college management. Some were offered to work by a few local companies from Chandigarh but the catch was they weren't going to pay for the first 6 months. It was only offered to the batch previous to us with only 2 students.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is great. It has a good area. The classrooms are big and spacious. The Wi-Fi is good (18MBPS) but had a restricted access when I was studying but I hear that they have given open access now. Library has a lot of books but mostly old ones. They need to be replaced with new books but being a computer science student, there were many books for us. Sports is mostly focused on cricket and basketball. Rest of the sports are ignored. There is a sports day in February every year. The labs are well-equipped with everything you need. The canteen is good but the hostel mess is pretty bad in terms of food. The hostel rooms are big and newly constructed. Initially, I had accommodation problem due to the fact that new hostel was being constructed but it was resolved by the next semester.
Faculty: Some of the course faculty were really great but most were vastly under-qualified and were only working there because someone knew someone. During my years, the good teachers kept leaving and the below teachers kept taking their places. This is due to the college's lack of management. The class I was in had 50 students. There wasn't much industrial exposure provided to computer science students but there were ample for the friends I had in mechanical branch. The course followed Punjab Technical University's syllabus. The teaching method they used was mostly following each chapter, giving notes and explain some topics.
Other: The college has everything but is being mis-managed by the Trustee. Considering every other week, the CM of Punjab (Prakash Singh Badal) drops by to visit his village. The college management could've used that influence to make the college bigger but the trustee bickers among themselves. There's hardly anyone who cares about the well-being of the student. You might complain but it won't help you much. trust me, I have tried.
