HCL First Careers Admission Process 2021

Admission process of HCL First Careers differs for both the programmes. Admission to Early Career Programme is based on the score obtained in HCL SAT test whereas for Training and Hiring Programme, students need to take aptitude test followed by the interview.

HCL First Careers, Chennai offers two programmes, one is for the students who have passed Class 12 and the other one is meant for both graduates and postgraduate students. The minimum eligibility requirement along with their selection process is given below.

HCL First Careers Early Career Programme Admission 2021

HCL First Careers offers Early Career Programme is especially oriented for the students who have passed Class 12. The duration of this course is 12 months. Selection process involves three steps which are mentioned below:

1. HCL SAT Online Test - HCL SAT is an online exam conducted by HCL Technologies. It tests quantitative, logical reasoning and language abilities of the students. Exam fee of this test is Rs 299 (inclusive of GST).
2. Interview and Counseling
3. Medical Test

HCL First Careers Training and Hiring Programme for Engineering Graduates Admission 2021

For admission to Training and Hiring Programme, aspirants need to take the aptitude test followed by the interview. Candidates who have completed BTech, MTech, MCA, MSc (CS/ IT) can also apply for this programme. The total duration of this programme is six months which includes three months for extensive classroom training and the reminaing three months for the professional practice term at HCL Technologies' office.
