    A:
    {Source: B.Pharma students & alumni}

Course Curriculum Structuring for B.Pharma at HRIT

Based on the statements provided by students and alumni, here's a summary of how the course curriculum is structured for B.Pharma at HRIT:

    * Teaching Quality: Faculty members are well-educated and highly qualified, conducting semester-wise exams in a strict manner. They use projectors and provide digital materials such as PDFs and Word files for teaching.
    * Curriculum Design: Although the management may not prioritize quality education, the faculty strives to maintain a decent standard of teaching, ensuring students receive some theoretical knowledge and practical training.
    * Industrial Exposure: Industrial visits and tours are organized by the college, providing students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience and build connections within the industry.
    * Assessment Pattern: Exams are conducted semester-wise, allowing students to prepare thoroughly before assessments. However, the examinations may involve instances of cheating due to inadequate supervision.

It's essential to note that despite the efforts of individual faculty members, the overall quality of education suffers due to management shortcomings and prioritization of profits over student welfare.

Because students are highly knowledgeable .
Placements: In the B. Pharma course, any company that provides the highest package of 5-6lac per annum can come to my college. The top recruiting company in my college is Abbot Practical Pvt. Ltd., and Cipla is the most common. 70%-80% above percentage was required in my college to hire that type of company.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at my college was well developed because the maintenance department was always looking for any disturbances and had problems in any Wi-Fi or field and any hostel problem. The library system was very conflict because all students studied in the college library.
Faculty: My college faculty was very well educated and had higher education. They always conducted b. pharma exams semester wise, and there was always projector teaching. They always provided pdf and word file. The exams were always strictly conducted. The college always conducted industry visits and tours.

Infrastructure is not good and the classes are not well maintained.
Placements: The top recruiting companies are Dabur and Aurobindo Pharma. They don't give much attention to students. The highest salary package is 5.2 lakhs per annum, and the minimum salary package is 2 lakhs per annum. After completing B.Pharma, we can join any industry, including jobs as a medical representative, quality assurance, and quality control.
Infrastructure: The pharmacy department is not well maintained. Lab equipment is missing, and they provide expired chemicals for experiments. Wi-Fi is not available, and the canteen menu is not very extensive. There are two canteens on campus, but neither has adequate seating.
Faculty: Exams are conducted by AKTU University at different centers as specified by the university. Exams are easy if you are well prepared. We can easily pass the exam with good marks or a CGPA if we go through past year question-papers.

    COLLEGE – A Beautiful Journey.
Placements: 45 students are in our batch, and the courses we join in the institute have very broad aspects. When you further move into the college, the average placement is about 2.5 LPA. Most of the students join companies outside of the college. Last year, there were no students placed in any company in my college because most students move further for higher studies.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are available in the college. The hostel is not very bad but not very good. Wi-Fi is available on every floor of the hostel. The structure of the building is quite good, and every department has its own library. Every department has its own buildings, and the most important thing is that sports activities are organized in our college. There are different grounds for activities, and the institute also has two canteens.
Faculty: In our course, the faculty are not so bad. They left our college 2 to 3 years ago because most of the faculty are higher-class students. So, they are basically Ph.D. students, but the faculty members are supportive, and the staff are also very supportive. Our directors are very supportive of the students. They do all the things in the favor of the students, like classes, extracurricular activities, and so on. One of the most interesting things I got from the faculty was their exam experiences, which helped us perform better in exams.
Other: Every year, the college organizes a college fest in which there are concerts, sports activities, other extracurricular activities, cultural programs, and DJ nights. We get to enjoy so much. Our college also has a swimming pool area where students can join by paying a minimal fee.

    * Some students mentioned receiving lower salaries ranging from INR1.5-3 LPA.
    * Top recruiters include Abbot Practical Pvt. Ltd. and Cipla.

    * Only around 30-40% of students are placed.

    Teaching Quality:

    * Teaching methods include projector-based lectures and provision of notes.
    * However, some students felt that the teaching quality is not good and that professors don't provide adequate support.

    * However, some issues arise with Wi-Fi connectivity and hostel facilities.

    Recommendation:
    * While the college has some positive qualities, it's crucial for students to research thoroughly and consider multiple colleges before making an informed decision.
