IBSAT is a national level exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be University) for admission to MBA/ PGPM courses. IBSAT 2024 registration will commence in first week of July 2024 and candidates will be able to register themselves on the official website at general.ibsindia.org. IBSAT scores are accepted by nine ICFAI Business Schools (IBS), namely IBS Hyderabad, IBS Mumbai, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Pune, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Jaipur, and IBS Dehradun. IBS Hyderabad CAT Cutoff 2024 will be released after the CAT results are out. The institute accepts CAT reuslts for MBA admissions. In 2023, the CAT percentile Cutoff to get PGDM admission was 85. In 2022 and 2021, the CAT percentile cutoff was also 85.

Looking at the previous year cutoff, the estimated CAT cutoff for MBA admission is 85-87.

At the PG level, IBS Hyderabad a constituent of IFHE Hyderabad offers its flagship two-year fully-residential MBA and MBA Weekend programme. Spread over four semesters, this course comprises 30 courses (22 compulsory courses and 8 elective courses), a summer internship programme and soft skills labs. MBA Weekend programme is designed for working professionals. The institute conducts IBSAT or IBS Aptitude Test for admission to MBA course. BBA is a three-year course offered by IBS Hyderabad. The duration of BBA is divided into six semesters. The programme consists of 44 courses (of which 37 are compulsory, 5 are elective and 2 are of soft skills). Additionally, there are two summer internship programmes, one at the end of the first year and the second at the end of the second year to provide corporate exposure to the students. Candidates after completing Class 12 can apply for IBS Hyderabad BBA course.

To get admission into MBA course at IBS Hyderabad, candidates must appear and qualify in the CAT or NMAT Exam. The IBS Hyderabad Cutoff 2024 will be based on the NMAT and CAT results. IBS Hyderabad is ranked #39 in the Government of India,  MHRD NIRF Ranking 2024 among the top 100 Management Institutes of India. Its ranking has improved by one point in comparison to 2023, when the B-school was ranked #40. The NIRF ranking is provided based on certain parameters, such as learning, teaching, and resources (TLR).

A pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above in English Medium is required to apply for IBS Hyderabad BBA course. Aspirants must fulfill the minimum age requirements as prescribed by the respective board via which the student has appeared for the qualifying exam. Candidates meeting the educational requirements can fill out the application form for IBS Hyderabad admission.

IBSAT or IBS Aptitude Test is a national-level entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be University) for admission to MBA programme. However, it is not compulsory to appear for IBSAT. Candidates who have appeared for CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ XAT and scored well can also get admission to IBS Hyderabad MBA programme. 

IBSAT is a two-hour Computer-based test (CBT) comprising multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is a computer-based test that is generally conducted over a window of two days in December.

•  A pass in Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate and above in English Medium is required to apply for IBS Hyderabad BBA course.

• If an applicant is found ineligible even at a later date, after admission into the programme will be cancelled.
• Applicants who have appeared for Class 12 or equivalent and awaiting results are also eligible to apply provided they are done with their exams (including practical exams).
