Placements: The batch of 2011-14 was the second batch of BBA for IBS - Hyderabad, and this was the main reason that the placements were close to nil. As far as I can remember, not a single company came for the placements during or after the completion of our degree. Not only this, the summer internships provided by the college were limited to two average companies only. This was a total disappointment.
Placements: The placement records are fantastic. In the 2014-16 batch, the highest package was around 48 lakhs. For the 2015-17 batch, already 55 students have been placed under HDFC with a package of 10 lakhs. The companies that come for internship are great as well.
Placements: According to the official report released by the university, the average package offered for the 2015-2017 batch was 6,92,000 per year. The highest package offered was around 42,00,000, which was an international placement. The highest package offered for domestic placements was 24,00,000 and the lowest package offered was 4,50,000.
Placements: The average package was 7 lakhs per year and the highest was 42 lakhs per year. Around 92% students got internships from the college itself. Mostly the roles offered related to the managerial roles Mostly, companies related to banking, marketing and FCMG come for the internships and placements also which gives an exposure to the real world.
Placements: The placements are good. The minimum package is 6.7 LPA and this year, the first company to coming has a package around 9.25 LPA. Mostly banks come for placements. There is a company named Tularam that offers 47 lakh package, which is an international company. The placements for finance and marketing are very good. But for operations and human resources, they're only good.
Placements: 100% of the students are placed. Only those who opted out from placements didn't get placed. The highest package goes up to 49 lacs/year from companies like Tolaram. The average package remains about 7-8 lacs/year. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, Factset, Genpact, Maruti Suzuki, Amazon, Google, etc. come to the campus with profiles like TSM, business development executive, business analyst, wealth advisory officers, etc. Taking about internships, the college provides you with the options- self-...
Placements: If you work hard, you will easily get 9 to 10 lakh. The thing is that collage gives you liberty about NCFM Certificate and if you have the calibre. There are a lot of faculty members who guide you. Most important thing is that the finance placement is very good and here. Even if you are a good student, you can easily get placed in UBS, Crisil, Deshaw and all that. IT companies are also here but the main thing is that operations companies are very less.
Placements: The placements have improved over the last couple of years. There has been an increase in the number of companies offering packages in the bracket of 6-10 lakhs, thereby increasing the average salary package. You will find very few FMCG companies visiting the campus. The college is good for people who are looking to get into IT and banking sectors.
Placements: Placements were good for our batch compared to our senior batch in terms of the number of students placed and the average salary. Our highest salary was offered for international placements from companies like Tolaram and Indian companies like DE Shaw and JPMC. The highest package for international placements was around 25 lacs and for domestic placements was around 16 lacs. There are many many companies who visit for campus recruitments and around 80% students get placed before the final exams....
Placements: This time, the placement was not as previous years because of several reasons like demonetization, Brexit, US Presidential Election, etc. Companies offered less package than before and the intake of students is also affected. Mainly our college is known for good placements in finance. For marketing, companies are mostly offering sales profile. Companies like HDFC, ICICI Prudential, ICICI Lombard, Panasonic, LG, etc. came for hiring marketing students. HDFC Bank, HDFC AMC, Tata Consultancy Servic...
Placements: The placements in my batch of 2017 were average. Around 90% of the total students who wanted placements were placed. There were few students who opted out from campus placements and also some had pre-placement offers from their internship. There were few who took placement off-campus. The highest domestic salary was 24.40 LPA and lowest domestic salary was around 3.5 LPA. The average salary must be around 5 LPA. There were many companies which came to my college for campus placement such as ...
Placements: In 2012-14 batch, 80% of the students were placed before the college was over. 10% of the students didn't apply for the placements as they wanted to start their own business or join the family business. In my batch, which was 2015-16, 87-88% students were placed before the last day of the college. The best part is they don't ask you to move out once the college is over. The college conducts extra classes for unplaced students and calls more companies for the placements. Most of the unplaced st...
Placements: The placements are decent. Our batch had comparatively lesser strength (2013-15) batch so the placements were good enough. Almost 90% of the students were placed. The average CTC for marketing placement was INR 7.2 LPA. Roles include (in marketing/sales specifications) territory sales manager, branch managers, research analysts, digital marketer, etc. Almost 95% got an internship from the college, few of them with a good stipend amount too.
Placements: Placements were good. Almost everyone got placed but package and in some cases profile was not satisfactory. Average package - 6 lacs and almost all good companies Wipro, TCS, UBS, etc. visit the campus for recruitment. Some companies which come to hire interns offer pre-placement offer.
Placements: College offers 100% placements. With its case study approach, students get an edge over others in placement. The highest package in my batch was 36 lacs and the minimum was 4.5 lacs. A lot of companies offer a variety of roles for different specialisations, so students have a lot of options to choose.
Placements: Placements are very good. The college has a dedicated team of teachers dedicated for the placements and internships of the students. The college gives good industry exposure. Also, the college provides chances to do internships in companies offering preplacement offers. The college gives placement in very good companies.
Placements: Almost 90% of the current passing batch students got placed this year. It was pretty good. The highest package offered was of 24 LPA, the lowest package offered was 5 LPA, and the average package offered was 6.5 LPA. Around 190 companies come for placements this year. So I would say, its all on students hand to convert it or not. For internships, I would say it was ok-ish, not many companies came. And if also came not much stipend was given.
Placements: If we look at the present scenario when the economy is recovering from recession placements that happened this year can be considered on track. 1150 students were placed out of 1200. The avg package offered was around Rs. 7 lakhs and the maximum package was about Rs. 48 lakhs. ITC, Novartis, Hero, Maruti, TCS etc., were few of the companies that visited the college. Posts like BA, Area Manager, Management Trainee, Store manager etc., were offered for students. Comming to internship, the majority...
Placements: Placements in our college were not up to the mark, and ROI (return on investment) is very low. The average salary package offered in our college is around 6 LPA. Mostly marketing-centric although college is under ICAI still good finance profiles are not offered to students. Placements are neither bad nor worst, and it is up to students at last.
Placements: As of now, the course has been completed but some students are still unplaced, placement scenario was bad this year, though the highest international package was of Rs. 47 lacs which is for Nigeria but the lowest also turns up to Rs. 3.5 lpa (in hand), average packages was near about Rs. 6-7 lpa. Companies like HDFC, JPMC, GE-SBI, Amazon offered a good package. HDFC was the 1st company to arrive in the campus for placement and selected 56 students at a package of 8.5L lpa. The companies which...
