Review about the college ICFAI Business School - Mumbai.
Placements: IBS has a reputation for placing students well. Around 95-97% of students who enroll in the placement program get placed. Approximately 200 companies come for college placements and select a handful of students, with an average CTC of 8,50,000/-. Big firms like JP Morgan, Tata, Reliance, Kantara, and Morgan Stanley also visit for placements.
Infrastructure: The college's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Mumbai, Powai, with a view of the lake. The infrastructure includes an auditorium, online lectures, a library, large classrooms, a gym, and three canteens with delicious food.
Faculty: The faculty is excellent, with most having over 15 years of teaching experience. Even the visiting faculty have similar experience. All the faculty members are friendly and helpful in every situation. Exams are held semester-wise, with mid-semester and end-of-semester exams.
Other: The crowd here is very good, and everyone is well-versed. There are around 27 clubs and 3 committees, where you can enroll in a maximum of 3 clubs and one committee.

Great institute potential to become a top business college.
Placements: If you have an IBS, you will have a lot of placement opportunities. Colleges have separate teachers who take care of placement activities. For our marketing batch, more banks like ICICI Bank, Industry Bank, HDFC Bank, Aditya Birla Finance, DBS Bank, and EY, like many other companies, hire students from our college. The package is 10 LPA, which is mostly what students got. Summer internship programme that we need to do for 8–12 weeks where big firms like JP Morgan, Deloitte, and Morgan Stanley offer internships with salaries up to INR 50,000.
Infrastructure: We are in Mumbai, so obviously the college campus is small, the college infrastructure is modern, and it is located in key areas like Powai, which have many transportation options. The college gym is very small, but important equipment is a mission. Because of the small campus, there are no big sporting events conducted on campus. The college library is filled with a lot of books that students can use to gain good knowledge. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned, with projectors and comfortable desks. Our college does not provide any hostels, and the college area is very expensive; it is not affordable for a normal student, so we leave the outer area of the city for daily travel, where 1 BHK rent is 15,000, which is the cheapest.
Faculty: IBS Mumbai only offers a PGPM program; faculty members from the college possess great skills. They are mainly focused on our presentation and communication skills. They are your mentors until you get placed. In one semester, there are a midterm and a final term, which makes for two exams per semester. So in total, you have to excel in 8 exams. The course is much more practical-oriented; it deals with skills that are essential in industries.
Other: There is only one thing I wish to improve: expenses. College feels that living costs are very high, and middle-class students cannot afford them.

IBS college is very good and I would suggest this college to my juniors.
Placements: More than 70% students are placed in PGPM course. The highest package offered is 12 Lacs and the lowest package is 7 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Tata Capital, Wipro, HCL, and Google. More than 80% of the students got internships from PGPM course. Top companies are Aditya Birla Capital, HDFC, L&T, and Propencher. Sales executive and Manager are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: The library has a collection of over 34000 books of Management and other subjects. AC classrooms are available which are working and in a very good condition. You can have coffee in the short time break at Nescafé. The canteen has a lot of variety to eat for lunch. Medical facilities are provided by our college. Indoor games are available in our college including Table tennis, carrom board, etc.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in guiding their students, they are very knowledgeable. They create power point presentations to make us understand the concepts clearly. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students ready for the industry. The semester exams are not that difficult. If the students are prepared, they will be able to score good marks in the semester exams.

Great Choice IBS Mumbai To Do PGPM.
Placements: IBS is known for its placement as the best B-school in India. From the third semester, students are eligible for placements, including the Big Four and companies like Oxane, Digital Marveled, Teach Lip, etc. Many companies hire students, and our alumni work in top companies across the world. If they have any openings, they hire from our college. Our marketing profile offers a salary of 22 Lacs, the highest for our batch. 95% of students get placed, with an average salary of 7 Lacs. Most students secure good jobs after graduation.
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is very poor; there is no ground for sports, games, or events. The auditorium is basically a hall with chairs and a dias. Our fest, Konflex, is amazing and includes many dance, singing, and flash mob competitions. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors and smart boards. The college does not have any hostels; instead, they allocate rented rooms, but no one took them. Rooms in Powai are expensive, so we stay in Navi Mumbai, where the rent for a 2BHK accommodating 4 students is 20,000.
Faculty: Teachers at IBS are very helpful; they focus on the overall development of students, working on our personality and communication skills. Teachers at IBS are graduates of IIM and NIT. The course is the same for everyone in the first year, but later, as per specialization, students' subjects differ. Marketing is strong at IBS, with each batch having a capacity of 100 students. There are two exams in each semester, along with additional quizzes between exams. Exams are challenging, and very few students clear all subjects.
Other: The workload is intense, but I believe it's worth it. In my opinion, IBS is a great choice for PGPM.

The College has a record of 90% of placements.
Placements: Placements are great and the highest package is 15.6LPA. The average is around 7-8LPA and the lowest is 6LPA. TCS, Team Please Bank, Reliance, Google, etc. are some companies that visit the campus. The intake of college is 60 and all 60 students get placement.
Infrastructure: They don't have girls hostels facility from college itself but there is one hostel near the college which is good enough to stay until your graduation is over. The rent is around 15000 per month and along with that, you have to deposit 20000 INR for admission which is refundable. Hostel Fee is INR 170000 per year.
Faculty: I had a plan to pursue a career in marketing. Hence, I took this course PGDM-Marketing. Student to faculty ratio is 12:1. All the faculty members (99%) directly come from the industry. Maximum students are Ph.D. holders. They are exceptionally qualified and they teach us to become industry-ready. On this campus, the trimester system is there, i.e. every 3 months. End-term exams happen and in between, surprise tests and presentations are done. It is not so difficult to pass in them. If you give some attention, then you will pass the exams easily. Class size is 63 and course fees is INR 909000 per year.
