Nice infrastructure and great faculty.

Placements: 1. approximately 80% of my batchmates were placed. 2. The highest salary was 7 lacs and the lowest was 2.5 lacs with an average of 4 lacs. 3. I am impressed with the faculty members.

Placements: Placements have started yet however placements at IBS Mumbai is good. Almost all students got placed at the end of this course, and many students got an internship because of their contacts or because of college. Companies like HDFC Bank, Deloitte, Kotak Mahindra visit our campus for recruitment.

Placements are bad, and there are 1,500 students in PGPM.

Placements: Around 80-90% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered maybe around 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered will be 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 5 LPA. Few top recruiters are JP Morgan, ICICI, Elixir, Neilsen and Sportz Interactive. Financial analyst, territory manager, HR generalist, operations managers, account manager, retail sales and HR recruiter are the top roles offered in our course. About 80% of the students got intern...

Review of ICFAI Business School, Mumbai.

Placements: The placement cell provides 98% of placements, but it's only for students who score more than 5.5 CGPA. For finance students, JP Morgan, Chase and Deloitte were the recruiting companies. For marketing students, Nielson, ITC and Asian Paints, etc., were the recruiting companies. In 2019, E&Y and HCL visited our campus for placements first time. The average salary package offered is 5.5 LPA.

The infrastructure of our college is very bad, but placements are good.

Placements: As I am currently pursuing this course, I don't know much about our college. But our college claims that it provides more than 95% placements with the average salary package. Many companies visit our college for placements as well as for SIP. The highest salary package offered in this year was 13 LPA.

It is a pretty good college which is not the best but also not the worst.

Placements: As I have recently joined this college, I got to know about the placement criteria of our seniors which were pretty good. Almost 95% of the students got placed with salary packages varied between 6 LPA to 12 LPA, which covered the ROI of the college. Companies like JP Morgan, Bajaj, Neilson, Amazon, etc., visited our college as of now. JP Morgan and Neilson even hired junior students for the summer internship. Almost 98% of the students got an internship offer in top companies.

IBS Mumbai is the best place to learn and exposure to industries.

Placements: IBS Mumbai is known for decent and good placement. Around 90% of the students get placed with a decent salary package. Though the package is not that attractive, the average salary package offered goes up to 4-5 LPA and the highest salary package offered goes up to 11-12 LPA. Top recruiting companies that visit for SIP and final placements are Deloitte, JP Morgan, Nestle, Amul, Neilson, HDFC Bank, etc.

Not that satisfied as the college has too much fees and it is not worth that time and money.

Placements: Placements are fair. College promises 100% placements. They provide placements but all of them are not good. Students who want to get job in sales and marketing can go for this college. For finance students placements are really bad. Rest HR and operations students also face problems for placements. Overall placements are okay.

Placements: Placements of seniors were good. Almost the entire batch of seniors got placed. Companies like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Asian Paints, Amul visit campus for recruitment. Juniors got an internship from college. Companies like IIFL, Morgan Stanley, Lodha, Kalpataru visit to campus.

Satisfied with the faculty, but it is a marks oriented college.

Placements: The highest salary package was around 18 LPA, and the lowest salary was around 3.5 LPA, and during the internship, few got no stipend. There is a placement cell, and it is doing its best in bringing companies for the placements. Companies like Amazon, Lodha visited the college to offer placement.

IBS Mumbai is a fair choice if you can put up with intense competition.

Placements: The college gives a lot of opportunities for placements for finance, marketing and HR as well, but the competition is intense because of the size of the batch. They also have international placements but mainly for middle-east Africa in marketing fields mostly.

IBS Mumbai has recognitions and placements.

Placements: The placements in IBS Mumbai are average. If we compare the total fee of the college to the total annual package offered by the companies, other business schools stand on the top. IBM Mumbai offers only PGPM, but not MBA, so when you apply for a government job or need to go abroad, you will have to face difficulties. UGC does not recognize IBS Mumbai. Please consider all these points before you take the final decision.

Good studying methodology, but the student intake is very high with no good placements at all.

Placements: The placements are not as good as it should be because of the student volume it has. Our 2014 batch had approximately 900 students and the senior batch had approximately 750 students. The placement of the senior batch was better than ours as we got less number of companies and the companies offered only 3/4 lakhs package which is half the fee for the degree there(6-7 lakhs fee for 2 years, accommodation extra). I am not very sure but approximately 60% were placed(not completely accurate). The hi...

A good experience over all.

Placements: IBS Mumbai is typically known for getting good placements in the financial sector. Mumbai, being the finance capital/financial hub of India, makes very sense for people to explore job opportunities in the financial sector. Companies like Morgan Stanley, ICICI, HDFC and Bajaj Capital are having their head/corporate offices in Mumbai. Apart from it, IBS Mumbai also gets a very decent set of companies for the marketing profiles as well. So all in all, the placements are something not to get worri...

My college is well- known for its education curriculum and for co-curricular activities. There is a quite good ambience in the campus but doesn't include any sports ground to play. The cafeteria and canteen facility is superb. It is affiliated to ICFAI foundation of higher education (IFHE) i.e. autonomous university.

This college is known for its faculties and creative events. I must say while doing PGPM, I learnt not only the book material but also how to manage your time. Faculty is very well educated. First year was very tough as some subjects were very new for me and some students were having very good presentation skills that one may find himself incompetent. There were clubs for every field and interest for student. I really like the concept of marketing and finance events in which one can learn lot of...

The faculty is good and very professional as well. All the classes are fully air conditioned provided with free Wi-Fi. Campus is not that good and is very small also. It is situated in one of the posh area of Mumbai so it becomes too expensive for outsiders to stay here for education. Parking space for students is too small as far as number of students are considered.

Good college with a brand name but no approval and recognition from the government. In comparison to the amount of fees they ask for, placements are not that good. The batch strength is too high, gets crowded. The faculty is good. They provide with PGPM Certificate and the option of pursuing MBA from distance learning from ICFAI University, Dehradun which is a fully recognized university.

Till 2010 IBS Mumbai was very well-known for finance because it was from ICFAI group. College has nice faculties as well as campus. However the students are lacking in knowledge now a days because of choosing the crowd on basis of very easy steps of admission procedure. So the placement is below average and ROI is going down day by day.

The campus is good, the faculty in house is not upto the mark however the visiting faculties are good. The canteen should be improved and wifi should be made accessible from throughout the campus. Less students should be selected for the course as now they are treating it as a business and the name of the college is being hampered.
