It is the best college for the civil engineering course.
Placements: About 60% of the students from our course got placed, and every year a lot of students gets placed according to their skills and percentage. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Nagarjun GP and Hero GP visit our campus for placements. About 50% of the students from our course got an internship. Top roles like site manager and HR are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good Wi-Fi facility. The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides a spacious library and classrooms. Quality of the hostel and the food served in the mess is good. Sports and games are also well-managed. Warden and dean are very helpful with great nature.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. They have been helping students in every aspect, and whenever students have needed them, they were there. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. They prepare students for all the problems that they can face on the site.
Other: I have chosen this course because construction is my passion, and a lot of my family members are in this line already, so it was very helpful for me. Almost everything is good about this course, and I don't want to improve anything. Tech fests, olympiads, quizzes, competitions, etc., are conducted at the college.

Infrastructure is good with the lush green campus. Hostel for boys and girls are good and efficient.
Placements: There no placements for the architecture department. However, they provide internship in many architectural firms. Mostly 50% of students got internships from our college. The highest stipend offered was Rs. 12,000. The lowest stipend offered was Rs. 5,000. There is a placement cell, but for the architecture department.
Infrastructure: Medical facilities are available here in very well-conditions. The campus and also hostel is equipped with Wi-Fi facility. Labs are very good. Studios and classrooms are very good in conditions. The college provides the best sports and games facilities. All the studios are in good working conditions. Hostels are lucrative, and the food served in the hostel is also good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good. They were very helpful to us. They are very knowledgeable in every field. They were good at providing theoretical knowledge and also at practical knowledge. They always support us in every problem. The teacher to student ratio was 1:20. They conducted many site visits regarding industrial as well as institutional. Architecture is a good and creative field. The course curriculum was very helpful to us.
Other: Zonal Nasa, a national association of students of architecture, was held in 2018 in our college. The college also organises fests every year.

Average college with a nice fee structure .
Placements: Very low placement percentage with very low packages. Local recruiting companies with very low packages. You must do everything on your own because the syllabus at every college is very outdated. So you should do a side hustle or do something that you need to do .
Infrastructure: Hostel is very nice with 4 Wi-Fi in each hostel, and the authority takes good care of the hostel if you need any kind of help like an ambulance, cleanliness, water, electricity, or gym-related. You will be provided with it if it's genuine. If your tubelight breaks down or the fan stops working, it will be corrected within 2-3 hours .
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. You will have great conversations with them and they are very helpful with anything you want from them. And exams are not as difficult, but PTU will provide an unnecessary amount of supply which you don't even deserve .
Other: I chose B.Tech without thinking anything. I don't even like it, but some people say it gets some money. But I don't think so.

B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2014
3.4
2Placements4Infrastructure3Faculty3Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
The fee structure of our college is comparatively low.
Placements: There is no scope for on-campus placements for electrical engineering students. The college invites companies related to the marketing field, and not core companies in which a candidate can start their career and rely on it. The placement cell is of no use when it doesn't have contacts with reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The campus has a lot of greenery and is located away from busy roads and pollution. The campus has enough green parks and cafeterias for students to hang out. Enough number of blocks are available for all the streams. Labs are well-equipped with the latest technology.
Faculty: The college has experienced and well-skilled faculty members. According to me, it depends on the candidate and how he/she can extract knowledge from a professor. I cannot say about the newly joined faculty as I left the college in 2014, and a lot of faculty members have been replaced after that year.

Poor management, do not play with the future of india.
Placements: Zero Placements for the architecture course in this college. And Rest of the B.Tech course are comparatively better than B.Arch. As per my knowledge in the past 8 years, no placements had been done in B.Arch course. Only the M. B.A. Students got good placements every year.
Infrastructure: It is a very nice campus full of greenery and building structures. Hostels and campus buildings are wi-fi active. Punjab is highly heated in summers and None of the classrooms have AC facility. Quality of food in mess is average and quality of food in canteen is a evil from the very beginning. The nearby area is so undeveloped.
Faculty: Some of the teachers are too good and some are like as they are in schools. They do not use any such smart and special techniques for the proper delivery of subject. They just come, formally do their work and no matter to them, what are they doi g with children's lives.
Other: Strength of college is very less, it may be under 1200.

Average in case of infrastructure. Poor in case of placements. Hostel life is good.
Placements: Although I was a topper and had good skills and knowledge, I didn't get any placement from there. Hardly any company visit there for placements. 3-4 students of our batch were placed in GreyB, Chandigarh. Rest of the batch tried for off-campus. I also went into TCS through off-campus.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is fine. I would rate it 3 out of 5. Cafeteria is not good and transportation facilities are not very good. Sports and games is good. Hostel rooms are 3 out of 5. The food there is not of good quality in hostel mess. Also, the food in cafeteria is also not good.
Faculty: Faculty and course curriculum is good. Faculty tries to solve your problems. Even you can personally approach them if you have any doubts or queries. Teachers have good knowledge of the subject they teach. Tutorial classes are there for numerical solving problems.
