Average in case of infrastructure. Poor in case of placements. Hostel life is good.

Placements: Although I was a topper and had good skills and knowledge, I didn't get any placement from there. Hardly any company visit there for placements. 3-4 students of our batch were placed in GreyB, Chandigarh. Rest of the batch tried for off-campus. I also went into TCS through off-campus.

The college will be good if it will be handed to good people, otherwise, fate is clear.

Placements: Placements in the campus are less, the companies are invited, and they hire students for the training purposes only. They can't say with facts what is the highest package ever offered here on this campus, but as far as heard, it is believed that 7 lakhs per annum package have been offered as written in the records.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the placement drive.

Placements: The placement of the college is below average, especially for the electrical and the mechanical branches. Hardly 2 or 3 companies visited during the placement drive. Hardly 5 students got selected. The highest package was 2.5 lakhs per annum. Basically, they were IT companies. No one got an internship from our college. The students are responsible on their own to get an internship.

College is located in the village of Roopnagar called Bhaddal. It is 8 km from the National Highway. The campus is fully residential with the option of day boarding. College runs various buses connecting Chandigarh, Ropar, Nagal with the college. The hostel rooms are very spacious and big. The college has very excellent sports facilities football and cricket especially. As far as teaching is concerned the faculty might have changed but overall it is strict and competent. The examination process ...

Not happy with the college curriculum. The college took a minimal pain for the placement of final year students, they called BPO's or tech support jobs for us who did their engineering. Not worth joining this college. I repent my choice now. The curriculum is 10-12 years old as college is associated with PTU, The campus is around 8 kms from the main highway which becomes difficult to commute.

It comes under Punjab Technical University. One would find better education in the more 'elite' colleges under the same university. The staff always seems to be shuffled and new faces are introduced every semester to the students. The placement record in terms of quality companies have declined drastically through the years. Most of the companies that take part in the placement drives are the so called companies which give trainings and hire the students from that process.
