A good college and I recommend this college.
Placements: The top brands like Taj, Oberoi, ITC, etc conduct various rounds of interviews and they select candidates for management trainee programs where they undergo training for 1.5-2 years and they are most probably promoted to asst. Manager. Operational trainee: almost the same process but after training, they are promoted to supervisor and jobs in retail as well.
Infrastructure: There are 2 boys' hostels and a big playground in front of it with a basketball court and more. Playing time is till 8 pm on weekdays and till 11 on weekends. Then there is a girls' hostel. Various tournaments keep happening. Where whoever wants can take participation. Now about college so, there are 3 buildings where dedicated kitchens, bakery labs, etc. are available for all courses of students.
Faculty: Our teachers and chefs are well qualified, there is a bit of racism you can face if you belong to the northern part of India. Midterms and semester theory, as well as practical exams, happen on time. Which is not very difficult if you study sufficiently. For the last 3 years, the semester exams are being conducted online.
Other: Various events are organised and students take responsibility. Students from the whole of India come here to study. There are a lot of challenges to be faced when you start a job in a hotel so, one should only join if he is truly passionate about it. The most important skill to gain is good communication skills.

    I'm satisfied with the college.
Placements: Almost every student in our college gets a placement. I have seen many companies and organisations coming for recruitment. Top among them are ITC, Leela, Taj, and even fast food brands. All students get internships with the college's help. The top roles are the highest post, which is General Manager, after many years of experience.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is quite well-maintained, with the most up-to-date equipment. I like that the kitchen department is very well equipped and that the bakery is nice too. The front office department is full of computers. I think the Food and Beverage Department is the best and well managed.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are helpful and nice. Of course, it makes us ready for the industry. The difficulty level is moderate in the exams. Practical exams are hard and theory exams are normally easy. If I study for like 5–6 hours for a week, I am ready to give exams, and for practical exams I have to attend class daily.
Other: I had a dream of being a chef. Well, the Food Production subject is vast, but I want it to be more focused. We have many cultural events like food festivals, farewells, hostel nights, Pongal, Holi, etc. We have guest lectures once in a while by some really reputable lecturers. Students come from all states. We have done many multicultural events like Food Fest and Pongal.
