BBA in Aviation Management - Batch of 2022
2.4
3Placements2Infrastructure3Faculty2Crowd & Campus Life2Value for Money
Get an insight into what an aviation programme looks like in India.
Placements: We had a batch of 45 students, out of which around 30 students got placed. I won't vouch for the fact that the placements are too good to consider as a student, but still, the college did manage to get a higher number of students placed. The top recruiting companies were Indigo and Elebi.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was the only thing that was letting it grow. I mean, it's a community college and there are two buildings with a basketball court, but that's it. Even for sports week, we had to book grounds outside, let alone for the freshers and other guest lectures. I have no idea about the college hostel as I and most of my friends stayed in a PG.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified enough to teach us. However, I wouldn't say they would be the best that could serve us. The teaching resources as well as the teaching quality would be around average because I have seen students getting better resources at the other branches of the institute. Talking about the exams, I don't think it depends on the college. It's totally about how well you prepare and how well you withhold your intellect.
Other: To be very honest, I didn't want to get into the rat race and wanted to do something unique. In fact, when I came across the aviation industry for the first time, I was really fascinated and thought that this was it. This is what I want to do, considering my communication skills and the knowledge that I possess. However, I would not say that it went as planned and I don't blame the college for it. Education regarding the aviation industry is growing and was at the initial phase when I got in. Had it been some other branch, I would have thought that this would be the best I could get at that point in time.
