Everything is better in this college so it is a better college to take admission.
Placements: Almost 65% of students got placed in our course. The course fee is Rs.90,000 per yesr. The top recruiting companies are Cipla, Pharmazell Pvt Ltd, etc. Many students got internships in companies like Medo Pharma Pvt Ltd, Anjan Drug Pvt Ltd, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good. Laboratory is great. Classrooms are well-furnished. It also provides a good library. Wi-Fi is not available. Hostel facilities are good. The food served in the hostel is average. Sports is also prioritised in our department. Medical facilities are not available. There are some hospitals for emergencies. Sports are conducted so that students can enroll in every sport.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and well-qualified. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. It depends on us that how we face the semester exam. The pass percentage is 33%.
Other: I chose this course because we can treat the person through drugs or medicines. Pharma industry has a high-pay role. The mindset of studies can be better with cultural events. Fests are not conducted. Annual functions and freshers were organised earlier in this college. Our campus surroundings are not good. The locality and roads are better.

Indira Gandhi College is good but nowadays this college gave us very poor faculty and poor placement
Placements: Our batch is excellent. After completing the course, you can work at government hospitals, medicine shop, etc. The course offers many jobs. Some top recruiters are Sunpharma, Mankind, etc.
Infrastructure: Poor infrastructure and average teaching method apply in this campus. The campus interview is also average and the campus also provides Wi-Fi, library, labs and classrooms. The campus of the hostel is very bad with surroundings. The students are very smart.
Faculty: Minimum 2 or 3 teachers are good but there are all the cruel and selfish teachers. Teaching quality is average but the course is good for the students. The semester exams are very difficult.
Other: No events are organised in this place but the course is good. Scholarship is compulsory. The best thing of pharmacy is to improve your own knowledge.

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma.) - Batch of 2023

For D.Pharma, it is a good college.
Placements: After D. Pharma, we can make our own medicine shops by issuing our license from PCI and following the process. Otherwise, we can go for medical and work as pharmacists there or we can get admission to B. Pharma directly from the 2nd year (3rd semester) because we are D. Pharma students. And after B. Pharma, we can get placements in any medical management company, druggist, medicine representative, etc.
Infrastructure: College hostels are good. For both boys and girls, hostels are available. And hostel fees are more than study fees. Because it adds up to the travel fees of the bus from the hostel to the college. All the pharmacy events, health awareness programs, annual functions, and sports days are being celebrated. Our college consists of 3 courses: D. Pharma (3 batches), B. Pharma (4 batches), and MPHARM (3 batches). So a maximum number of students participate here. The fees are good for students. Hence, our college is a private college; that's why some fees are high. Also, in diploma pharmacy, students need to pay 60,000 for one year and it keeps changing as the government's study fees change year by year. And the extra hostel fee is also here.
Faculty: Our entire faculty were too good. They reminds us examinations everyday day, which is so boring for us. But yes, that's the process to get us in the flow of studying. So yes, all are good; we enjoy 3–4 lecture classes the most, like Anatomy, Hospital pharmacy, Health education, community pharmacy, etc. The course was very good for being a pharmacist and after the examination of the 2nd year, we got training for a maximum of 3 months at any government medical facility to experience the work. I can say there is a lot of room some improvement in exam schedule and examination management. There are two annual exams in a 2-year course conducted by the government.

Our college is improving at its best to be one of the best colleges in Odisha.
Placements: Around 10% of students get placed from our college. The average salary offered is Rs.14,000 per month with extra allowance of Rs.6,000. SNK organics is the top recruiting company. Internships are not provided but medical training is given in government hospitals. Many roles can be expected from our course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is good when compared to other pharmacy colleges. Gym, playground, and canteen are not available. Library and study rooms are not updated. Hostels are not properly managed.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified with Masters and Ph.D. They lack interest in teaching due to the lack of interest of students towards studies. Students want to get a pharma certificate to open medical shops. Teaching is average. Exams are conducted very strictly despite teaching poorly.
Other: I chose B.Pharma to engross in medical background. Our college organises functions rarely. There are no fests or non-academic activities

It is a good and average type of college.
Placements: About 80% of the students in our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month and the average salary offered ranges between Rs. 17,000-20,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. Companies like Reddy, Macleods, Sun Pharmaceutic, Novartis and Pritam Pharma visit our college for placements. Roles like pharmacist, pharmacovigilance, pharmaceutical QC, pharmaceutical QA and drug inspector are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: The college is in its third decade, so it is wrong to expect a good infrastructure from it. Wi-Fi facility is not available on the campus. The college provides laboratories, library and average classrooms. The hostel is attached to the college building only. Food served to the students is average.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good. They are always ready to help everyone. They are very talented in their respective subjects. The most important thing is that one student will find the faculty helpful when he himself tries to learn something.

It's a good college with good placements.

The average salary was 1.8 Lacs per annum, with the highest package offered at 2.6 Lacs per annum and the lowest at 1.5 Lacs per annum. The most common job roles offered are as medicine representatives, product managers, and product analysts.

Classrooms and labs are spacious, equipped with all the chemicals and machines used in the industry. There are two hostels – one for boys and one for girls. The food in the hostel is average in taste. Additionally, there is a cricket ground, a volleyball court, and a badminton court. Indoor games like table tennis, carrom, and chess are also played.
Faculty: The faculty members are experienced and well-educated, with all of them holding MPHARM and Ph.D. degrees. The teaching is relevant to the course curriculum, preparing us for the industry. The examination structure includes one in the first year and another in the second year, with two sessionals each year.
