IERT has a good image in Prayagraj compared to other AKTU colleges.

Placements: About 30% of students get placed every year, out of which maximum students are from computer science and engineering (CSE). The highest package offered is 7 LPA, and the minimum is 3.5 LPA. The average package is 5 LPA. L&T, Wipro, Tata, etc., came here. In 2021, the highest package offered was 21 LPA to a CSE student.

I am totally dissatisfied with college.

Placements: About 5%-10% of students were placed from the B.Tech course. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA from the CSE branch. The lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA from the electronic branch. The average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Students got placed in L&T, Gainsight and some other companies also. They opted for IES and master programme from IISc, Bangalore and many more, but the credit for these totally goes to students and not for college and faculty members.

I am not fully satisfied as the infrastructure is worst, but it has good faculty members.

Placements: Our college placements are very poor. Only a few companies visit our college. The average salary package offered by the company is 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Placement cell visit mainly in CS electronic branch. Mahindra and TCS visit the college for campus placements.

The college needs improvement in placements cell and infrastructure.

Placements: Among all the courses present in the college best of the placements records are from the computer science and electronics branch. This is the best college for government jobs preparation.

It is a poor college, and it is a waste of time and money.

Placements: Only 1 organisation visits the campus, that too belongs to sales. The salary offered is 18,000 per month. No technical company visits the campus. The T&P cell is run by volunteer students themselves. The college doesn't help even a bit. The college is just worse in terms of placements.

Our college is good for engineering life, and we enjoy it well, but the placements aren't much good.

Placements: Placements in IERT are below average in the IP department, but in CSE, they are good. But usually, students of CSE opt for off-campus placements. Students get internships off-campus. A few of our seniors got placed in giants companies like Tata Motors, L&T, etc.

Things are not as good as they seem to be.

Placements: Very few students get placed through on-campus placements from our college. If you have knowledge of core subjects, you can try for off-campus placements. The highest salary package offered here is up to 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package is not offered. You will get placed in companies such as TCS, Infosys and many other mass recruiters.

The college imparts good education but needs improvement in infrastructure and placement.

Placements: If we talk about the placement of our college, then very few companies come to our college for interviews. The mass recruiting companies like Wipro and TCS come every year. The basic package offered is 3-4 Lacs per annum, which is less for a B.Tech student.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty members of our college.

Placements: Placements are average and are available for students who are studying in computer science and engineering and IP branch only. Companies which recruit students from here are Infosys, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, etc. Hence you can get an average salary package of 3 LPA to 4 LPA, which is good.

Our college is good to gain knowledge and average for placements.

Placements: Our college is not good for placements and is average. Students get good offers but on their own hard work. Initially, the training and placement cell is in the lead with teachers and seniors this year. Placements will get better with time as M.Tech is proposed and going to start soon.

You can opt for this college if you are good at studying.

Placements: Our college is not good. For placements, only 2-3 companies visit the campus. Faculty members are not taking much interest in placements. All the branches are available here like civil, mechanical, CS, IP and EC. Our college is good if you are able to study yourself. Most of the placements are off-campus, but if you are good, then you can get placements. Companies also visit the campus like TCS.

Placements: I am currently studying mechanical engineering 2nd year, and our class has a strength of 68 students. The lowest salary package offered is 1.4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Placements: Approximately 10% of the students got placement in our college. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 2.2 LPA and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Companies like TCS, Magic Bricks and Tech Mahindra are the top recruiters of our college. In our course, none of the core company visited for placements.
