A college to consider for HM.
Placements: 30% students were placed because they opted for college placements. The highest percentage is 25k per month and the lowest is 12k per month. The top recruiting companies are Oberois, Taj and Marriott. All students got internship in our course. Hotels included- Marriott brand of hotels, Hilton, Taj and Oberois. The topmost role offered is that of a Management trainee.
Infrastructure: All facilities are excellent. Good library. Great kitchens and equipment. Good auditorium. Classrooms are spacious and well ventilated. The canteen facility is good. Regular sports events are hosted. Many extracurricular activities hosted by the college which will add weight to your cv and nurture your intellect.
Faculty: Teaching staff is excellent. They will guide you in every step. The curriculum is very relevant and updated. The course makes the students industry ready. The teaching quality is excellent. More focus is given on practical learning than book learning which is really good.

Good infrastructure with best facilities and placements. Best teaching staff is there for helping.
Placements: Maximum placements of the students are in 5-star hotels like The Oberoi, Taj, JW Marriot, etc. Internships are based on the student's performance in the whole 3 years and interview. Then they are selected for internships from 5-star hotel to lower. Sometimes students get selected for the job directly during their internships by their performance.
Infrastructure: Well-structured classrooms, Kitchens, Bakery, Housekeeping Lab, Computer Lab, Dining Hall, Restaurant is there. 5 well maintained kitchens are there for practicals including Quantity Kitchen. Well developed library facility is also there. Lunch is provided by the college as per timetable of the class.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and also knowledgeable. Friendly Staffs are there in college. They teach at the best level by which the students can understand everything. Projectors are also used for learning. The most important thing is this that here we are practically prepared for our future.
Other: Events and competitions are organized by the college. The biggest Event of our college is the Food Festival which is organized every year in the month of Jan/Feb.

Average college with decent practical learning and average placements.
Placements: There were very few placements and no branded hotels, and the majority of placements were in remote places. No help from faculty in placements; whoever got selected, they gave priority to them only, and after becoming alumni, there were also very few jobs/placements.
Infrastructure: Average classes have no advance learning experience. The learning kitchen is hygienic. Ingredients were not good; the benches were 10 years old. There were no proper fans, bad painting job, the college hasn't been renovated since a long time, and still they charge high fees.
Faculty: Some teachers were good; they used to help even after college timings; proper notes were given according to curriculum, and teachers used to help people who couldn't communicate in English. But the knowledge was decent—not bad, not the very best. The exams and practical were easy.
Other: Very few events, no field visits, there can be a better kitchen for practical and more innovative food with smart learning.
