The college needs to bring more core companies to the campus for the placements.

Placements: I am from 2017-2019 batch and approximately 60% of the students got placements and only 2-3% got actual jobs of marketing, HR, Finance, Operations etc. Majorly only banks visit the because banks visit almost every college in Delhi and NCR every year. When we talk about actual companies for marketing and specific profiles so they have only startups and field jobs having average placements i.e 1.8 - 4 LPA. If any company visited campus in 2012 even, then also they show that company in their portfo...

I will not recommend anyone to join this college. I wasted my 2 years and money here.

Placements: Our institute is the worst, and it provides the worst placements. There is no help from placement cell, and even they don't have manners, how to speak to with someone. You can go to talk with them 1 time or 2 times and then you will feel frustrated with them. I am a student of batch 2017-2019. I want to get a job in the HR field. Not even a single company visit our college for HR placements. Only 1 student in the strength of 360 students got placement in HR on the campus.

SPARSH SARSWAT (Batch 2017-2019), still unplaced.

Placements: Definitely the worst placements that any B school can ever have. Only 60-75% of the students gets placements, of course in average and below average companies because the matter of the fact is "What designation and on what salary package the company is inviting you for the interview". But at the admission time they will say 97-99% of the students are placed on average placement packages of 5-8 Lacs (fresher) and 9-12 Lacs (Experienced) but actual placements are 2-4 Lacs (for everyone) and if you...

It is a below-average college for PGDM.

Placements: For my batch, the placements are not very good. The packages are declining over time. In 2020, the average package offered was between 2 to 3 LPA. Companies like Vodafone, Aditya Birla Group, and Adani Group visited for hiring, but they mostly offered sales profile jobs.

I am not satisfied with the kind of direction that has been provided.

Placements: Placement of IMS institute is not that good as I expected before taking admission. A lot of companies visit the campus but they come only with a profile of sales. Big brands like WhiteHat Jr., Times of India, ITC, came to campus and offered a sales job with very less pay. Few firms like Sharekhan offered jobs as equity advisors, and Pathkind lab offered in the research field.

Don't take admission here.

Placements: Placements are the worst. If you want to do cold sales task, then only take admission here. The college just brags about placements, which is mostly vague and false. Don't fall for all the good reviews or ratings posted here. These are all done by their own dear and beloved students, who like politics.
