I am not much satisfied as it has a good infrastructure but poor facilities.

Placements: Maximum of 80% of the students who appeared for placements got placed in the last year. Many companies did not arrive in the college, but companies which arrived are bulk recruiters. IBM, Infosys, Wipro and TCS are the main recruiters of our college. There are no criteria for internships from the college, but they allow us to do an internship. They also inform students about companies to take part in internship programs. Students are mainly placed in railways and software companies.

Top companies like Infosys, Wipro, BSNL, etc., recruit students from our college through campus placements. About 30% of the students got a chance to do an internship in those companies. Roles offered are web development, web designer, machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc.

Our college provides average placements and good environment.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. The lowest salary package offered every time ranges from 3.5 LPA- 4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, but only if you do wonderful in placement exams and interviews. But do not expect much. Any student who is good at studies gets placed from college. But don't expect a high salary package.

Given the current conditions, the university is not upto the expectations of few.

Placements: There is no on-campus placement cell so if one wants to get placed in a job, then one has to go off-campus. Doing B.Sc. Only makes you eligible to apply for a master's degree in any university, or to give the competitive exams which require Bachelor's degree.

Satisfied with the faculty. University is very good for studying.

Placements: The placements are not good in B.Sc as it is the course of research. Although, the college provides good practicals as well as lectures. It depends upon an individual as what they want from course. Students have to manage themselves for government jobs, but at the same time professor are very helpful in studies.

A lot of freedom and introspect.

Placements: There is no campus selection for this course. The students prefer either to go for Masters or to prepare for one-day examinations. The inclination and the motivation around the campus, however, encourage a lot of students to make their career in civil services. As per the reports and buzz, few companies may come from next year onwards.

The review of J. K. Institute of Applied Physics.

Placements: The placement percentage was 0% for my batch at that time. Only one student of my senior batch got placed out of 15. Many companies visited that time, and most of the companies were IT sectors. The students were provided with TA duties in the lab. There is placement cell, but it was not efficient for M.Tech students.

In my point of view, nice faculty and infrastructure, but, placement is bad.

Placements: There are no placements available here and don't hope for placements as the chances here are very slim. If you want to study, then only you should come here. Also, no internship is available here. After this course, you can take admissions into M.Sc. After that, you can prepare for the CSIR-NET JRF.

The college is worthy and the placements are good.

Placements: The placements are not at all satisfactory, but it is a research institute, and students motivated enough for PhD take admission here. There is no pressure of academics so that one can study for government jobs and PSUs very easily. Even you can join coaching and jobs and just come here for 3 days exam, and you will be done.

My college has some ups and downs.

Placements: Every deserving student, who has completed his course with good marks and attentive performance throughout the year get placed in the companies. But the package is not always sufficient for them. Sometimes only a few percentage of students get the better job options.

Why to study at University of Allahabad.

Placements: Placements are not good and are offered to those who are doing technical courses like media studies and B.Tech. From the year 2017, a new placement cell and the building has been dedicated to the placements and the results of placements for the year 2017 were quite good. Average placement ranges from Rs. 3-6 Lakhs per annum depending upon the course chosen.

Satisfied with good infrastructure and the teachers who are well behaved, but not with placements.

Placements: There is no type of placements in UA. There is an unknown type of companies coming for the recruitment and offering a very low salary. Also, there is a centre of mass technology and B.Tech courses. There are also many good companies which come for the placements. If anyone wants to do B.Sc.. in UA, then please don't take the subject of the computer science. Neither good teachers are available here, nor there are good lectures in classes.

The placements and the faculty of the college are good.

Placements: Our senior placements were too good. The minimum package was for 12 LPA, which was offered by Microsoft. Other abroad companies also came and hired many students. Mercury Japan came and gave 38 lpa. The placements are 100%, and this time CSE people got placed within 6 days from a total of 20 days.
