JAGSoM accepts MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, scores for admission to its flagship PGDM program. However, it is compulsory for the applicant to have taken JAGSoM Management Aptitude Test (JAGMAT). The institute conducts JAGMAT, which is an in-house entrance exam of JAGSoM. It is a 90-minute aptitude test that comprises of 3 sections, which are English Language Proficiency (ELP), Quantitative Aptitude (QA) and Logical Reasoning (LR). Each section is of 25 marks, and the test is of total 75 marks. There will not be any negative marking. The duration of the test is 90 minutes. 

Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM) offers two scholarships to the students, namely Merit-cum-Need Scholarships, and Scholarship for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).

The institute offers a two-year International MBA/ PGDM in International Business with its Global Business School partners, which is a dual degree course. The total seat intake for this course is 60. Students have to study the first year of the course at JAGSoM Bangalore, for that, scholarships are also given to students. However, the second year will be taught at the respective global business schools. Admission to the International PGDM course is done based on valid scores of NMAT and MHCET (For International MBA only). Candidates also have to qualify IELTS and TOEFL as per the requirement of the respective global schools. Yes, JAGSoM conducts JAGSoM Management Aptitude Test (JAGMAT) for admission of candidates to its two-year MBA/ PGDM course in the stream of Management. This aptitude test comprises three sections, i.e., English Language Proficiency (ELP), Quantitative Aptitude (QA) and Logical Reasoning (LR). This exam is conducted for a total of 75 marks. Candidates need to obtain a minimum of 40% score in the same. Those who are interested to get admission to MBA/ PGDM course at JAGSoM must qualify for this exam and submit their score at the time of admission. Apart from this, candidates must also qualify for any one of the other national-level entrance exams, which are conducted for the Management courses.  

Aspirants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria and shall submit the application before the deadline. Candidates who pass a UG degree with 50% aggregate in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this course. Students must take the JAGMAT exam to take admission. In addition to the JAGMAT conducted for selection, a 30-minute indoor GE session is also conducted in groups of six to eight candidates. This is followed by a PI session after accessing the work experience and academic record of the student that leads to final admission. Additionally, candidates are also required to submit the scores of either CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ NMAT and more.
