Great campus and surrounding, faculties are really good and experienced but they lack in placements
Placements: Placements are very difficult in this college if we talk about M.Tech but for B.Tech very good placements are available. Last year almost all the B.Tech students got placed in good companies with a handsome package. With M.Tech stream they're facing difficulties and I believe the reason is their reach around the industries and companies which they've to improve.
Infrastructure: The campus here is huge and it is a great attraction. All the sports available over here and are practiced with proper safety and equipment. The hostel provided are also good with all the basic facilities and cleanliness. The canteen/mess is hygienic and properly maintained throughout the year.
Faculty: The faculty members here are experienced, proficient and really supportive. The main thing I liked about them was their regularity and the level of understanding they maintain with students. The course over here is quite basic but good to learn, mostly you'll find new and innovative subjects and topics related to your field.
Other: Handful events are being held each year keeping the students motivated and their mood cheerful.

Avoid Jain University at any cost!
Placements: Placements at this college were disappointing, with only about 20% of students securing any position. Internships were completely available, leaving students with no hands-on experience. The highest role offered was merely that of a site engineer, highlighting a severe lack of industry connections and opportunities.
Infrastructure: The course was extremely chaotic, with three professors leaving mid-term, leaving gaps that were never addressed. There was a clear lack of dedication to teaching, as the focus seemed solely on profit rather than on student learning. The hostel building itself was decent, but the staff were unresponsive and often rude, requiring us to escalate issues to university management every few weeks. The food quality was poor, resembling school cafeteria standards, strictly vegetarian, and offered limited variety. Medical services were consistent, often available when needed, and only provided minimal treatment. While the sports facilities were surprisingly decent, with options like a golf course, football and cricket fields, badminton and basketball courts, and a swimming pool, these did little to offset the larger issues in academics and student services.
Faculty: The faculty lacked experience, with most instructors appearing qualified and focused more on income than on teaching or student success. The curriculum itself was fairly manageable and not overly challenging, but it lacked depth and real-world applicability. Exams seemed designed for high pass rates, as reflected in the 91% pass rate in my class, which unfortunate did not translated into true competency in the field.
Other: Jain University is the worst college in Karnataka. They prioritize money over students' education. I was forced to change my M.Teach specialisation two months in, just to make room for new students who paid more. This institution lacks integrity and genuinely care only about financial gain. Avoid at all cost!

This university uses marketing to attract students instead of real qualities.
Placements: Almost 100% of students were placed in this course. There are no placements for non-IT branches.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is slow. We need a password to log in. The maximum speed is 128 Mbps. The food quality is not good. Non-vegetarian food items are not available. The hostel fee is Rs. 1.3 lakh.
Faculty: Teachers are average. They do not treat female students properly. They want us to do well without their input.
    Other: This college is average.
