Amazing College but disappointed with the office staff because they are the most irritating.
Placements: 60-70% of placements are done with an average package in just a B.Com degree. Companies like Deloitte, CA firms, MNCs, etc., hire. The majority of students work under CA firms to understand the firms better, as a huge chunk of the college in our course consists of CA students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is fabulous; there are lots and lots of facilities available. The campus is huge, and the canteen is so huge with so many options to choose from. The quality of food is also so good, and sports and games are also nicely managed and played there.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great because there are some teachers who are CAs themselves, which shows how knowledgeable they are in their subjects. The semester exams are a little bit difficult, but you can pass the exam even if you are an average student.

This provides a short glimpse of K. J. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce.
Placements: My course was basically finance-oriented, so students above 80% were placed into it. The highest package offered was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included KPMG, JP Morgan, Sutherland, and many others. The top roles offered were executive and managerial positions.
Infrastructure: In my college, there were a total of 32 institutes where the infrastructure was no less than that of a society. The food and infrastructure were excellent. The course had many professors who graduated from prestigious universities, including abroad. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
Faculty: Faculty members were very genuine, and marks were allotted based on skills and capabilities without any biased opinions. Every individual was given a chance to prove their point, which was even taken into consideration by the faculty members. Exams were held on time.

Somaiya has one of the biggest campuses in Mumbai, and it is a good experience going to the college.
Placements: Placements are excellent at our college. The salary package offered is 3.25 LPA to 5.25 LPA. Top recruiting companies like PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, TCS, JP Morgan, etc., visit our campus. The selection process for these firms is very vast. Only a few students get selected for roles like audit assistant, operational analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is more than average. You will get almost all the facilities in the college like good classrooms and Wi-Fi for students. There is a library with separate sections for boys and girls that are open all day. The canteen facilities are excellent and serve numerous varieties of food.
Faculty: Our teachers provide help wherever and whenever necessary. There are many teachers in the college teaching the same subject, so if one is not comfortable with the teaching methods of one teacher, he can very well sit in on the lectures of another with permission.

Our college is good in terms of education and sports.
Placements: About 20% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package is 2.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 2 LPA. The top recruiting company is TCS. Almost 65% of students got internships from our course in top companies like Wipro, etc. The top role offered is junior executive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our library is good and well-set up. Free Wi-Fi is available on campus. Our classrooms are good and comfortable. Sports facilities are good. Coaches are available in our college to help and train us. The hostel is good and has a huge mess facility. The food served in the mess is good.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful and experienced. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is very relevant to the industry and banking. Exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 85%.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to gain knowledge of the industrial field. The best thing about our course is that it has a high scope of jobs. Our college should provide language subjects. Our college is good in all aspects.

Good campus, good canteens and nice facilities.
Placements: The placements were good, but most of the students did not get placed. 1/4 students only received placement. But, many reknowned companies came to the campus for placement in our college. Overall it was good, but the internship and salary of most of them were low .
Infrastructure: We have a very good and large campus with good food, play area, and good infrastructure. We have labs, a library, IT rooms and much more which are very good. We have an athletic ground, badminton court, basketball court, and many more facilities each has good infrastructure.
Faculty: The teaching quality is great. Exams are slightly tougher, but I guess that is okay because it prepares us more and is better for us. Teachers are very cooperative and qualified. We are given continuous assignments and projects and they make us participate in fests as well.
Other: There are ongoing fests. It feels very good to participate in the fests. We really enjoy the fests.
