Speaking on the 'Responsibility and Significance of Lokpal in India,' Justice Ghose stated, "The public has a greater role to play in curbing corruption. We must all adjust our perspectives. Corruption is like a termite, and we must eradicate it. Moral principles like this should be ingrained in our consciousness. Lokpal must be given the authority to combat the threat of lobbying. It should also have the authority to deal with conflicts of interest and whistleblower issues."

Lokpal is an anti-corruption authority in the country that represents the public interest. It is made up of a chairperson and eight members, half of whom are judicial. In 2019, Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghose, a retired Supreme Court judge, was appointed as the inaugural Chairman of the Lokpal of India.

Justice Ghose expressed faith in the Lokpal's ability to provide justice to the public at large and asked for the assistance of all stakeholders in this endeavour. In the public's interest and to safeguard them from corrupt practises, Justice Ghose stated that the Lokpal must put an end to illegal operations in the real estate sector, particularly during land mutations, and prohibit payments amounting to billions of rupees in the transportation sector.

An overall review of KSOL.

Placements: Placement in KSOL is generally lower than other top law colleges in NIFT ranking, but the placement cell is quite active and can provide you with internship opportunities in different firms. It will then depend on your talent to get offers from these firms.

I am completely satisfied with my college faculty, infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Most of the students were placed in my course. The highest package offered was 50 LPA. The top recruiting companies were many law firms. The top role offered was that of legal advisor. The college gives as much as it can to it's students and helps them excel in the field of law.

The campus is great and fully air-conditioned.

Placements: Placements take place in the last year, which is the 5th year, with an average package of 300,000. You can get good placements depending on your CGPA in all three years and your interview performance, but most students do get placed. The placement situation is not that great.

Excellent opportunity for those who intend to take their careers seriously.

Placements: Most students who are actually invested in their education get placed. We have a Training and Placement Cell, which not only helps you look for internships but also deals with getting letters of recommendation and good placements for the students.

A big college with nice culture.

Placements: Amazon, Atlantis and many more companies for high placement last time. Atlantis gave 52 lack packages for five students, and this year the highest package is 84 Lacs. Placement becomes good day by day. In more future time college will be worth it to get in admission.

Overall, it is a decent college but still lacks good placements.

Placements: There are very few law firms that visit the campus for placements, but there is no guarantee that you will receive a good placement. If you are hardworking, then you will find something. We also have to find internships ourselves, and that is hard when you are just starting out as a student.
