Kristu Jayanti College- BSc and BCA. It is an average college.

Placements: There were no good companies for the BCA students. Most companies which come in are for BPO/call centre jobs, but for BCA, there is no good placement. The placement head will try to assure you that many companies will come and all will get placed, but no good companies came for hiring, so if you are looking for placements after BCA or BSc, joining here will be a bad choice. Only 10 to 15 students were placed. Most of them were in call centre profiles and the salary offered to them is 13,000 per ...

A decent college, value for money.

Placements: 100% placement in my batch. Big MNCs like JP Morgan, EY, KPMG, Oracle, Grandthorton, Thomson Reuters were main among them. Good training and guidance was given to grab the position in the MNC s. Placement cell is very active in the college and will really help to find leads in MNCs even after passing out from the college

One of the best colleges to learn.

Placements: Placements were good for our batch as well as for our seniors. Many good companies had come into the college to recruit students. We even had placement cell in our college and they conduct workshops with well-known corporate leaders once in a month. That was really helpful for our footsteps to corporate world. More than 80% students were placed in different companies. EY, KPMG, Berger, Federal bank, Grant Thornton, etc. visited our college for placements. Salary varied with the profile of the co...

KJC student life is the most valuable and knowledgeable part of every student.

Placements: The placements are very good in KJC. Many popular companies are coming for the recruitment such as Johnson and Johnson, Berger, Asian paints, KPMG, E&Y etc. The average package offered is about 5-6 lakhs PA. A majority of the top finance companies are also coming for the campus recruitment along with some IT companies.

No entrance exam is conducted for admissions as it is a district headquarters government college and has sufficient seats. However, for science subjects, the merit list is prepared according to marks. For graduation courses (arts, science & commerce), this is the only available choice due to its low fee structure. Course material is set by the University of Rajasthan and this college follows all rules of Rajasthan University. Regarding the faculty, they are not worried about the students' fut...

The good points - It has a wonderful Campus, a good crowd, and very nice faculty members. There is a great scope for a lot of learning and finding your abilities. You have a huge chance to get connected in many associations of the college and the teacher-student relationship is great. The bad points - extremely stringent and not very keen to open ideas. A lot of unwanted restrictions and the college has a very bad promising Wi-Fi connection. Also, the college office is extremely inefficient ...

It is one of the best colleges for MSW course. The crowd, campus life, and campus facilities are awesome. The classes are very interactive, and the faculty members are highly experienced. It has a lot of brand value and a CCD is there in the campus. The most important things: Faculty, placements and infrastructure. The college has provided a separate cafeteria and a variety of food items can be found there.

It's a good college, but no placements for life sciences.

Placements: I've been studying Biotechnology, there are no placements for life sciences, but apart from that, we have very good placements for other courses. Numerous summer internships are provided by our college. We also have many workshops. Top roles offered in my course would be scientist, lab assistant, and lab technician.

My college's honest review.

Placements: The placement of the college is not that great; only a few law firms have approached the college so far. The highest package is 2-3 lakhs per annum. There are no top recruiting companies; only boutique law firms approach the college for placements. The percentage of students who get placed is very low, around 5-6%.

Placements: The placements are pretty good if you stand by to the eligibility criterias and average package was quite good and 80% of the students got placed from our batch. The college prepared each of the students with full concentration and information about the placements and how to successfully ace it.

Placements: I don't know about the percentage of it. Most of the students are placed in the college itself. They train their students for placements. Reputed companies come to place our college students. Companies like KPMG, Deloitte, Wipro more than 150 companies come .

Not recommended Recommend for Mallus ,Kerala and Tamilnadu background students only.

Placements: See the trick of this college on placements is that most of the candidates do get placed, but for example if the candidate is eligible for a 10 lakh package they do not appoint him/her for it, rather they hire two candidates offering 5lakh package each...which is not reasonable at all To add on to this they pay these companies to come n hire from the campus as there are better colleges in Bangalore and Kristu Jayanti College is not one of the best colleges .(MBA course , I'm not much sure about...
