L. J Polytechnic is a very satisfactory institute.
Placements: There are no placements in the diploma course because this course is pursued after the 10th standard. After completing the 3 years of diploma, we have to opt for UG programs. After completing that degree, we get placements from the college.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are all the necessary things like infrastructure, facilities and equipment. There is huge space, different fields with different buildings, study environment, garden, sports ground, etc. Facilities like classrooms, library, laboratory, etc., are available. In the classrooms, modern facilities are provided like an overhead projector and audiovisual system. The library has an accommodation capacity of 150 students with the reading hall and also a computer lab and other facilities. The quality of facilities provided here is good and well-maintained. Sports activities like cricket, basketball, volleyball and football are available. There are also huge parking facilities.
Faculty: Our faculty members are highly qualified. I believe that teachers always teach us the right things, but it depends on us how we utilise them. Teachers are helpful in every situation, whether it is solving doubts or any other and external problems related to education. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum makes students ready for the architecture field. This course curriculum is relevant, and it is updated regularly and includes all the developments in the field. In the last semester, there is an internship which helps us how to excel in the industry and ready for it.
Other: I chose this course because I like to design structures. The best thing about this course is it includes topics related to the field of architecture such as plan-making, drawing, (CAD) computer-aided design, interior design, basic civil engineering, construction technology, raw material, etc. The course is developed and improved because of our history and the modern time design made it improves. In our college, there is the best environment, and here we can study and enjoy college life. In our college every year, different types of programs are organised like Ivancia, Deeprang, Food Fest, Kite Festival and also LJ Innovation Village for the development of students in their field.
