An honest review of my college experience.
Placements: LNCT has a good placement record. About 90% of students get placed. A lot of companies visit the campus and hire students for roles such as software engineer, graduate engineer trainee, and many others, but the most common role is software engineer. The top recruiters are Cognizant, Accenture, TCS, and Wipro. The college also provides opportunities for internships. However, students in core branches have a very low chance of being placed in a core company and may have to work for an IT company.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is good, and the infrastructure is good as well. However, the hostel environment is not that great, and the food is only average. The college has a sports and medical area that we can use when needed.
Faculty: The college provides about average facilities. The teachers are qualified but teach only theoretical concepts. The practical experiments and knowledge were not that good, so we had to manage these things ourselves. The college conducts two midterms per semester, and the difficulty level of the exams is quite easy, so no need to worry about that.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be in the field of electronics. I have an interest in electronics, and that's why I am here.

Overall, it is a good college in terms of placements.
Placements: Overall, if we talk about placements, it's a good college. The highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. TCS has hired the most students, with over 300 students placed from our college from the 2024 batch.
Infrastructure: Everything inside the campus is good enough. But the only issue is that students are allowed to go out only on sundays. On weekdays, students can't go out of the campus. Hostel is available only for first-year students, so I recommend taking the hostel.
Faculty: Some teachers in the department are best, but some are not able to teach properly. It depends on teacher we get. Semester exams are easy, as they repeat questions from previous years.
Other: Everything on campus is very happening, be aware of things and enjoy.

I am dissatisfied with facilities.
Placements: LNCT, the Lakshmi Narayan Institute of Technology and Colleges, is one of the best colleges in Madhya Pradesh and is considered to be a 100% placement-guaranteed college. However, this is not true. I am a student of Cyber Security, and I am still not getting placed.
Infrastructure: Labs and infrastructure of our college are average, because the campus is very large, and you have to walk from one place to another, which can be tiring. Labs and classrooms are non-air conditioners, so you have to manage without that. Quality of the facilities is average.
Faculty: Faculty members at our college are very poor because they lack proper resources. As a final-year student, I feel that in the past three years, I haven't learned anything that would benefit me. Faculty members are not adequate to provide a quality education. Exams are average.
Other: The Training and Placement department of the college is not very effective. Please be careful when choosing this college. It offers average value for money, but it's important to consider the reviews before making a decision.

LNCT is improving in 2024.
Placements: Currently, the placement sessions are going on. Top recruiting company is Deutch Bank in which 25 students were placed. The salary package offered is 20 LPA and they visit college every year. Other companies like TCS, and Infosys are also recruiting from our college. Many students got placed in Cisco. The salary package offered is 18 LPA and the highest is 1.12 crores.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are good, especially the new hostel's infrastructure is good. There is a main building which is old and big with good infrastructure. A new building is also being constructed for students with the best facilities.
Faculty: Exams are conducted strictly. In our department, students maintain a serious approach to study. Maintaining 75% attendance is important for scoring good marks in sessional for overall better results. Faculty here are old and experienced, as most of them are Ph.D. holders.
Other: Our college organizes fests, sports competitions, and extracurricular activities like TEDx and MUN, etc. College life before was normal but they are engaging in more activities for the betterment of the students.

The real truth of the LNCT College.
Placements: There are around 360 students in our course. The highest package is of around 1 crore, the lowest package is of around 5 lacs, and the average package is of 8 lacs. The top recruiting companies are TCS, WIPRO, DEUTSCH BANK, etc. The total percentage of students who got internships is around 60% and the majority of companies are TCS and Wipro.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi and canteen are good in the college classroom, and the library is neat and silent. The quality of the facilities is average in the hostel. In the mess, the food is very good, and in the canteen, it is also very good. The medical and sports facilities are there in the college.
Faculty: The teacher highlights everything about the subjects. The course curriculum is not relevant as it follows the RGPV curriculum and does not match the industry ready-made exam, which is average and the past percentage is around 90 to 95%.

Our college have 2 libraries and labs are many in each building there is only one canteen and medical facility is good.
Faculty: Teaching quality is average
Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable
College exams are not easy at all we have to score miminum 8 numbers to pass the exam teachers are very good and understanding this courses make students ready for good future all the .
