Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.A. Programs at M.S.J. College

    * According to multiple reviews, almost 60% of students did get placed, but no further details were provided regarding the placement process, packages, or companies involved.
    * One reviewer stated that "no student in the college has received any placement under this course", indicating a complete absence of placements for B.A. programme graduates.
    * Another reviewer mentioned that while 66% of students in their course were placed, it seems unlikely that the college played a significant role in securing these placements.

Great experience and good quality of teachers.
Placements: 60 percent of average students were placed. The lowest placement rate was 35 percent, and the highest was 85 percent. Many companies come here, and many students got internships. Top roles include head of the company. The average package offered is 2 lacs per month.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available here. The infrastructure is excellent. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library are all here. The college hostel is very safe and secure; all students are happy there. The canteen food is very good. Medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Semester exams are difficult, with a 35 percent pass rate. The college is very safe and secure. All subjects, including anthropology, English, Hindi, history, political science, and economics, are available here. All students like the college. The quality of the teachers is good. Students are made industry-ready.

The college facilities are good, but everything else is useless.
Placements: The course is very good. Students really like it as it is easy to understand. Only 47% of students were placed in the course. The placement system in the course is a bit weak. Along with lower placements, the average package is also low, approximately 340,000. The top recruiting companies for our course are Cognizant and Randstad.
Infrastructure: There were a lot of good facilities in college. I got all the facilities in college, and the quality of most facilities was very good. All the facilities were up to date with modern times. We had Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. Facilities such as canteen, mess, medical, and sports were available.
Faculty: The condition of teachers is also similar to that of placements. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. But they are not helpful to the students. Their way of teaching is also not good. Teachers are very strict. There is a complete effort to keep the course curriculum relevant. Perhaps this prepares students for the industry. Semester exams are difficult. I had a lot of difficulty in passing.

The course is bad, but the college is good.
Placements: Out of all the students, only 47% got placed. The college does not provide any placements for this course (B.A. ). No matter how well a student scores, the college does not arrange any placements for this course. The course does not offer any package offers. There is no information about student internships.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. Good facilities have been arranged for the department. There is a fast Wi-Fi connection. The college has a library with more than 20,000 books. There is a gym facility for students. There is a canteen facility for staff and students. There are medical facilities with good doctors.
Faculty: Teachers were not only qualified and knowledgeable but also very helpful. Our college have a pool of over 684 staff members. The course curriculum is relevant. College offers around 6 faculty members. Faculty of our college is very friendly to students. Our teachers always motivate students to do better. Semester exams are not difficult in college.
Other: The surroundings of the campus should be better. The best thing about my course is that it is easy.

There is nothing in college that I can say is better.
Placements: 53% of the students in my course (B.A. ) got placed. No student in my course received any package. Hence, there is no record of the highest package, nor the lowest package, nor the average package. No student received any placement, and neither did any student receive an internship. However, the college is not at fault in this matter.
Infrastructure: The college facilities and infrastructure are average. The location of the college is not ideal, it is a little outside the city. The facilities for the course are somewhat good. Apart from Wi-Fi, classrooms, and the library, some additional facilities are also available. The hostel facilities are good. I cannot say much about the food quality. Generally, it taste good. But I cannot say if it is hygienic or not.
Faculty: The teachers were qualified, but I felt that they were lacking a bit in knowledge. Their teaching methods were good, but it cannot be overlooked that they lacked a certain level of knowledge. The course curriculum was somewhat relevant, but I don't think it fully prepared students for the industry.
Other: I would like the entire college to improve. Hostel, their courses, facilities, campus surroundings, connectivity, everything.

College is very good for this course.
Placements: 58% students were placed in the course. If you want to know about the package, let me tell you that students have not received any placement. Yes, one thing has definitely happened with this course, that is the graduation of students. There are no top recruiting companies in this course because there are no placements. No roll offers are made in our course.
Infrastructure: Both the infrastructure of the course and the hostel are good. They have all types of facilities. The hostel rooms are big, grand, and shiny. For studying the course, every book is available in the library. For food facilities, there is a mess and a canteen. For sports, there are coaches, equipment, and playgrounds.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is excellent. They never arrive late for classes. They always show students the right path. The course curriculum is relevant. It prepares students for their future. In order to pass, we need a minimum of 33%. .

Just a useless college. Just with a few good things.
Placements: There is no facility for placements, so no student in the college has received any placement under this course. Where most students in my course were placed, there were the fewest placements in my course. That is, there was not a single placement. 66% of the students in my course were placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is excellent. All the facilities are available in the course. The quality of facilities is outstanding. The quality of hostel facilities is also very beautiful. Just like the infrastructure. All the mentioned facilities are available. My favorite facility is sports.
Faculty: The teachers were qualified and had good knowledge. However, their teaching method was absolutely terrible as they would always shot at the students. If someone asked them a question repeated, they would get angry. Therefore, they were not helpful towards the students at all. The course curriculum was relevant. The semester exams were not particularly difficult. It was possible to pass by studying a few days before the exams.
Other: I get very few placements in my course. I would like there to be the most improvement in this aspect.
