The institute has good facilities.
Placements: From Term 4, students become eligible for placements. A lot of companies visit campus, such as Deloitte, ICICI, HDFC, Tresvista, Oracle, Genpact, Wipro, etc. Around 200+ offers have been made so far. The highest package was 14 LPA, and the average package is 6.5-7 LPA. Around 95% of the students are placed, and the process is still ongoing. I plan to start my job soon.
Infrastructure: The annual management fest of Maharana Pratap College of Technology (MPCT) is called IMPELZ. We have two more fests, which are Ace Connect and Periodos. The library has more than 30,000 books. Classrooms are well designed with a step-up structure. We have huge whiteboards, projectors, in-class computers, and biometric attendance systems. There are many sports facilities, including basketball, football, volleyball, and cricket. All clubs and committees are student-driven.
Faculty: The faculty of Maharana Pratap College of Technology is very helpful and highly qualified. Faculty behavior with students is very good. They provide both practical and theoretical education. Exams are held twice a year and are not very difficult to pass.
Other: I chose finance as my major and operations as my minor. The ratio of faculty to students is 1:6. The faculty are well qualified and follow very good pedagogy. They provide suitable material, which is very helpful for preparation. Exams are trimester-based with midterms and endterms. You need to score at least 40% in all the endterms, which is a major challenge.

It was a good college before 2019. I do not recommend students to join this college.
Placements: Not a single company visits the college, but many students get off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. I am a day scholar. You can spend your time in college. Labs are not proper.
Faculty: There is a shortage of faculty members. Exams are conducted in the college itself, so passing the exams is easy. Question papers are set by RGPV University. The question papers are not very tough. The best thing is that we can write the exams at our college, and teachers are also available to help us.
Other: No competitions are held at this college. I do not recommend this college to anyone.

Faculty is not highly qualified.
Placements: From the 6th semester onwards, students become eligible for campus placements, but if we are skilled enough, we can easily apply for off-campus opportunities whenever we want. More than 50 companies visit the college, and the average package is between 5-6 LPA. The highest package offered is by Amazon at 41 LPA. Over 90% of the students are placed. After getting my degree, I plan to opt for a master's (M.Tech) after 1-2 years of work.
Infrastructure: The library here is very good, with a lot of books available; we can find nearly every book we need, and the library is fully air-conditioned. There are plenty of extracurricular activities in the college; we can play basketball and cricket, and there are clubs for dancing, singing, photography, robotics, coding, painting, acting, and more. Whatever hobbies we have, the college has a club for them. The various college clubs include the Coding Wizard Club, Codex Club, Hack Club ITER, Google Developer Student Club ITER, SOA Photography Club, Virtual Showreel, and many more.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio is quite good; there is 1 faculty member for every 20 students. The teachers are very well qualified, most of them being IIT graduates with master's degrees from reputable institutions, and they possess extensive knowledge. Exams are conducted regularly, including quizzes, mid-semester exams, and final semester exams.
Other: The tuition fee is ₹2,35,000 for one year, and the hostel fees vary depending on the number of beds in the room. My hostel has 4-bed sharing, with hostel fees of ₹49,000, and the common mess fee is ₹30,000 for everyone. Scholarships are available for students who score more than 8 CGPA and have over 70% in both 10th and 12th grades, increasing with every 10% in board exams.

Due to the pandemic, job opportunities are limited, leading to no secure placements and flexible pay
Placements: A small percentage of college students secure placements, but many do find government jobs. Although the companies may not be widely recognized, the starting salary is attractive, ranging from 3-6 LPA. Non-IT branches primarily rely on self-placement, but the college provides excellent facilities that greatly benefit the students.
Infrastructure: The laboratories are well-maintained, and the library is also in good condition. However, the college lacks Wi-Fi facilities. Additionally, there is a medical college on the premises, and all necessary amenities, including food, are provided. Moreover, there is a seminar hall and various extracurricular activities available.
Faculty: The college teachers are highly supportive and assist students in every possible way. However, there are some teachers who lack knowledge, while others excel in their teaching abilities. The curriculum is designed to be relevant and prepare students for the industry. The exams are moderately challenging, slightly above average. Generally, students who attend college regularly tend to pass the exams successfully.
