Advantages of studying BDS at Malla Dental College For Women
Placements: I have heard from my seniors that the placements are next to impossible. There are no companies that hire passed-out dentist freshers. The students need to do MD after completing the BDS. Some students choose to do it abroad, and some choose to stay back here for MD.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The building is newly built, and the exterior looks awesome. The classrooms are modern, and the desks and chairs are good too. The overall campus is above average when compared to other dental colleges. There is a canteen in the medical block.
Faculty: The faculty members are good and well-qualified. The lecturers are very kind in nature and teach concepts in depth with real-life examples. Some of the senior faculty members are very rude and strict in class. They tend to answer your questions, too, when you ask them something. But overall, my experience was good.
Other: The scholarship process is very late, as I did not get the scholarship amount even now because it is still being spent. The BDS experience is good but difficult. There are events every month.

Infrastructure: Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. Our college is clean. The library has all books and it is comfortable for studying. The hostel rooms are comfortable and they have an organised environment. Study tables, benches, and beds are comfortable. Our classrooms are huge. The hostel is available within walking distance.
Faculty: The course system is easy to follow. Our teachers are very helpful. They guide us well. They are well-experienced. They have a very open and friendly attitude. They are available anytime during college hours for any help.
Other: The campus is good. The availability of patients is very good, and I recommend joining this college so you can have more practice and experience with handling patients. Our college has a good ambiance.

Good infrastructure and facilities
Placements: Their were 100 seats per year ,they fill according to the merit.generally during internship they pay us just 2000 per month after completing the course we have to choose our future like giving an attempt to pg or else joiniin any hospital.top roles are oral maxillary facial surgery
Infrastructure: Our college providing library ,wifi, labs according to the studies like prosthodontics lab dental anatomy lab.food was good not much tastier they provide veg and non veg twice a week and egg.they provide snacks at evening everyday.they provided canteen and basket ball court.
Faculty: Professors were too much helpful in studies they clear our doubts.they give us a clarity regarding the syllabus, this course was relavantthey make industrial field trips..exams were good they keep the exam at average level not too much hard.pass percentage was likely 75-80%.
Other: Actually dreamt of being an mbbs degree holder but unfortunately joined in bds but it was good and i being very dedicated to this course field as going through the studies.they conducted freshers as of now.

I'm satisfied with the practical work but the infrastructure is not good.
Placements: Placements are not provided in our college. Students have to search for jobs in private hospitals. The salary offered is Rs.10,000 to 1 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college provides digital teaching. Fans available in classrooms don't work properly. Wi-Fi provided in the hostel doesn't work well. The food served is very good during admission and on the rest of the days, it is not good.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. Students get postings in the hospital. Annual exams are conducted. The pass percentage is 50%. Exams are difficult as the portion is vast. Students have to study hard to pass exams.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Our course students meet different types of people and solve their problems. Teaching should be changed. Fests and extracurricular activities are not held in our college. Scholarships are provided to the students. Our batch consists of 100 students.

The college and staff here are good and strict.
Placements: The college does not have any placements as it is a dental college and hospital. But we can gain knowledge which is sufficient for working in other hospitals or clinics. The college has a good number of patients so that we can gain clinical knowledge and can practice clinical works. It has good labs for pre-clinical work also.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and spacious. Basic facilities like Wi-Fi, water and good food, including snacks, are provided. As it is a medical college, medical services will be available at any time. Sports and games are not mandatory, it depends on the person's interest. It has enough ground to play games.
Faculty: The faculty members are good as they are highly qualified and hold MS. They are friendly while clarifying our doubts. Exams are conducted as per the schedule, and class tests are also conducted. Exams are tough enough to know the student's knowledge and other abilities to work or study.

It is a college that knows exactly how to teach you the meaning of life.
Placements: Every year, there are around 100 students in each class. No companies are coming to our college for recruitment. We do our 1-year internship at a college, for which a stipend is paid, but just a minimum amount. So by the end of the 5th year, we're all doctors.
Infrastructure: The college is overall a beautiful place to be. We enjoy the way they keep it clean and aesthetic. The overall infrastructure isn't that good. It could've been cleaner and brighter. The hostel is good. The food served tastes good and is healthy. We do have a sports area on the medical campus where we go to attend medical subject classes. The canteen is the best, and you'll find students in bunches at lunchtime over there.
Faculty: Teachers, lecturers, and professors are all great. Everyone's teaching has their individuality. They are always there to clear your doubts and help us throughout. They make us industry ready as we start practicing on patients in our 3rd year. The pass percentage is 50% for each subject and overall aggregate. There's no semester system to follow.
Other: A drawback to this course is that it is tiresome and needs a whole lot of patience. Rather than learning theory, we learn it practically, making us perfect day by day as doctors. Fests and other such events happen regularly, but in the past 2 years due to covid and exams, the college didn't conduct anything.
