Overall a good college with all facilities and with a good placement and internship chance.
Placements: Good placements, many of the people in 4th year got internships. Some people are also getting offers of around 15-20 LPA, which is good for a new college. Blackrock and some other top companies came for campus in this and also hired some students for internships.
Infrastructure: New updated course and infrastructure are top quality, being a new college and of Manipal. Wi-Fi is spread all over the campus, and you would receive good enough speed to get your work done. Hostels are good, room cleaning is done every 2-3 days. Mess food is better than most colleges in India. Manipal has its own hospital, so medical facilities are great. All the sports facilities are available; outdoor ones are free, for indoor you have to take a subscription, costing 24,000 yearly. This includes pool, air hockey, gym, foosball, indoor tennis, badminton, basketball, football, etc.
Faculty: Helpful and good teachers. You would really need to attend classes to score well. Course curriculum is new and better than the outdated one. Project clubs and extra activities are always there. Semester exams are easy if you just study 1 hour daily. The score goes a little higher because of the good quality of students.

Fee is high - but worth it!
Placements: MIT is a new institution and this is the first batch (2025). Until now 5-6 students are placed with packages like 35 LPA and the other students are yet to be placed but the college strives to get good companies to the college. The internships for the next batch have started and are provided by the college and the highest stipend was 1 Lakh for the internship. They offer various roles like software engineer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The rooms of the hostel look nothing less than a 3-star hotel. Every day room cleaners come and clean the room. The college infrastructure is so well built and maintained and some other blocks are yet to be constructed. The menu is good and we have opportunities to participate in sports events. There is a sick bay and the doctors there are well-qualified enough. WiFi is available for 24 hours with good speed.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and try to motivate you on things other than college (like journal papers). The course curriculum is up to date with current skill requirements. Semester exams are well balanced with toughness and easiness. The pass percentage is around 90%.
Other: I chose cybersecurity because of the skill requirements for future job opportunities. I wish the course would be a little more hands-on and practical than just theory. Events and Fests are amazingly organised but the crowd here gets bored if it's not something exciting.

Review of Manipal University Bangalore.
Placements: All the students will get placements. We were the first batch in MAHE Bangalore. Now, we are in the third year, and the internships were good but not in the core course. Almost everyone will get internships. However, many students have dropped out of our college due to a lack of faculty teaching.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is highly developed. It's like a private company, and we can develop more creativity in our college. The food was good, and the college was under construction, not fully done. They provided fully-equipped sports facilities as per the player's performance.
Faculty: The faculty was very poor and not capable of teaching, and the faculty in our college was changing continuously, so we couldn't study properly. The exams are conducted online using tabs in the exam hall, making it difficult. The exam paper was challenging as well.

College life at Manipal Institute of Technology.
Placements: Many students from the first batch have landed well-paying internships with major tech companies, including BlackRock, where they can convert their internships into PPOs with salaries around 30 LPA. The placements are still ongoing, and many companies are visiting our campus, so there are plenty of opportunities left for those still searching.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are big and digitally equipped. We have two mess providers that offer hygienic food and a variety of options. For sports, there are grounds for cricket, football, tennis, and basketball. The sickbay is open 24 hours, and there is a hospital 10 km away that covers most costs for serious problems.
Faculty: The faculty is new but possesses very good teaching skills. They help students write research papers and have extensive knowledge in their fields. The curriculum aligns with current trends and prepares students for jobs. Exams are semester-wise, with midterms, end terms, quizzes, and assignments.

Placements: Most of the students from the 2025 batch have secured internships with big tech companies that offer high salaries. The placements are still ongoing, with many companies visiting our campus, so a lot of students still have good chances to find great internships.
Infrastructure: The academic block is very spacious, and for MIT, we have two blocks—one is fully constructed while the other is still half-built. We have two mess providers that offer hygienic food and a variety of options. For sports, we have different grounds, including cricket and football, as well as tennis courts and basketball courts.
Faculty: The faculty members are experienced and hold PhDs, so they possess good knowledge in their fields. They help students write research papers, and the teaching quality is good. The curriculum aligns with current trends and prepares students for the job market. Exams are held every semester and are not too difficult.

MIT Bengaluru - all you need to know.
Placements: Placements will be centralized with the main campus, according to our director. If we were to look at the states, the average package is around 20+ LPA. As per the data we've seen, top companies like Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Amazon, etc., have arrived. As for internships, at our campus over 100/200 people have gotten internships. Companies like Nvidia, Philips, etc., came for internships.
Infrastructure: World-class infrastructure is available. The campus comprises modern buildings with great functionalities. We have a central library building, 5-7 academic blocks for various departments. Hostels are the best part. They're the same as a 3-star hotel—extremely well-kept and clean. Coming to the mess food, it's not that great. Very bland and oily food. Most students prefer skipping meals than to eat at the mess. An indoor stationary shop and grocery store are also available on the campus. There's also a sports complex, a 3-storey stall with an indoor gym, courts, and a canteen. There are also outdoor playing areas.
Faculty: The faculty is okay. Some of them are great while some are terrible. Nothing unique here. Some teachers do not seem very knowledgeable in their field. Coming to course relevancy, yes, the course is highly relevant. The syllabus is comprehensive and practical. Semester exams are not very easy. Requires a good amount of studying. Pass percentage varies for every subject but generally, it's about 35% for passing in a subject.
Other: It's important to note that the fees are absurd. Tuition fees are around 5L per year. Hostel fees will come up to 2-2.5L per year depending on the type of room you select. It's a very lively college. Events happen regularly, be it for students or teachers. The fests are also extremely good. Many fests take place in one semester with an annual cultural and technical fest every year.
