Our college has good infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: Almost 25% of students got placed on campus. The highest package salary package offered is 18 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Incedo, Aarti Industries, Meesho, Xebra, etc. Almost 70% of students got internships in Wipro, Juspay, Blog Vault, TCS Ninja, Accenture, 360, Oracle, CGBU, etc. Top roles offered are graphic designer, surveyor, and data analyst. Almost 25% of student got on-campus placements and remaining opted for higher education.
Infrastructure: Our college has separate classrooms for every year. We have an exhibition lab, computer lab, NOS Plan room, and 3 audiovisual rooms for special classes for better understanding. Our college provides us with free Wi-Fi. The library has more than 1,00,000 books. A digital library contains 50 desktops for students. Wi-Fi is available in the department and hostels. The internet speed is good. There are 12 hostels on our campus and are good. The hostel rooms are single, double, and triple occupancy. Every hostel has its mess. The food served in the mess is good. Around two canteens are available on campus. The food served in the canteen is good. A dispensary is available on campus, and it is open every day except Sunday. Doctors are available in our college and give good treatment. Our college provides us with sports facilities like cricket, kabaddi, badminton, basketball, table tennis, chess, etc. Every hostel has its playground and pitches for different sports.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Teachers are Ph. D and master's holders. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is not relevant but makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. If you attend regular classes, you can pass the exams easily. Almost 99% of students pass exams.
Other: I chose this course because of its diverse nature. It includes subjects like mathematics, geology, economics, settlement, history, civics, demography, surveying, etc. It provides us with knowledge about every subject. Our college should provide more practicals in this course to increase practical knowledge and creativity. Our college conducts events every Sunday. There are several societies and clubs like Roobaroo cultural society. Students can join any society and club through the recruitment process Roobaroo is a cultural society, etc. Tooryanaad is India's largest Hindi event organised by any technical institute. Students have amazing faculty members and college life at MANIT.
Placements: Around 5 to 10% of the students got placed, but not from the planning course. They got recruited either in mass recruiting companies or NGOs. The salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The top recruiting company is Pradan, and mass recruiting companies like TCS, etc., visit our college for placements. About 100% of the students got internships in urban local bodies, planning firms and institutes. Top roles offered are urban planner, planning assistant and research associate.
Infrastructure: There is a computer lab with required software installed in systems. There is a library, and Wi-Fi facility is available in the department. Quality of mess and hostel rooms is very good. Quality of the food served in the mess is also very good. The campus is huge, beautiful and located in the prime location of Bhopal city. Faculty members stay within the campus.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. They are always ready to discuss and clear students doubts. They could improve studio exercises in B.Plan course. The course curriculum is a bit outdated, and during my tenure, it is little lagging behind in making students industry-ready.
Other: I opted for bachelor of planning course because planning course allows students to explore in many fields at a time like finance, information technology, management, geography, designing, social science, policy, etc. I wish that the course to be updated to meet industry demands and makes students aware of the current trends and technology. Events and fests are amazing, and being active in extracurricular at MANIT helps students to build their overall personality.

No, I am satisfied with the faculty of my campus.
Placements: My campus has a solid record for placements. The highest package offered was about 18 Lacs per annum, and the average package was about 8 Lacs per annum. The lowest package was about 6 Lacs per annum. Last year, around 50 percent got placements. The internship programme is also not worthy.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my campus is modern. There is a sports complex on campus, a central library which has many books in it. Inside the campus, you will find Wi-Fi everywhere. There are laboratories for each subject, labs for Physics, Chemistry, etc. The food in the mess is good, and the water provided to us is also purified.
Faculty: The faculty members of my campus are highly qualified. Their method of teaching is unique, and we also enjoy their teaching. This type of interaction between teacher and student is good for the institution. There are three exams: mini, mid, and end semester exams. The level of the exam is also not tough, as the topics taught by the teacher come in the exams.
Other: MANIT Bhopal is an excellent choice for students to study. With its strong academic programs and supportive faculty, there are so many events and fests on my campus and organization. There are many clubs in my college like E-cell, Robotics, Inspire Club, etc.

There is no good future in this course.
Placements: Only 1% of the students from our course got placed. You need to have a master degree to get placements in this course. The salary package is not offered as none of the companies visits here for recruitment. Internships are pretty good, but on-campus placements are not provided. So, you have to apply on your own or with the help of teachers for the internship.
Infrastructure: In planning course, labs are not much required, but for a few subjects like GIS, Auto CAD, etc., there are labs. Other than that, most of the facilities are available like medical, sports complex and opportunities. For boys, there is a canteen, but girls don't have a canteen. The food served in the mess is fine and edible.
Faculty: Teachers in the architecture department are very well qualified and knowledgeable. Especially senior teachers are really exceptional. They guide you with all their efforts and help in publishing papers if you work hard. The curriculum for the planning course is good enough and provides you with good theoretical and practical knowledge.

Review of National Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
Placements: Placements in our college were excellent this year when compared to the previous years. I have been in touch with the students, and they are still working with the companies they first got placed. The college provides the required exposure to pursue higher education abroad. The placement cell is very supportive. If one works hard to get placed, then they will definitely get one.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. It is one of the oldest colleges in India compared to many new colleges. The college provides all the facilities. Recently, a new central library has been built, which is good and is the biggest in central India. Apart from the college, the new hostels of NIT Bhopal are not less than any 4-star hotels.
Faculty: Some of the phenomenal faculty members in our college have a very impressive pedagogy, which keeps the students engaged with their course curriculum. Faculty members are very supportive but except a few exceptions. According to me, the courses should be updated as per the prime engineering institutes of India to provide the current technical knowledge to the students.
Other: The campus life in NIT, Bhopal is the best among all the engineering colleges in India.

I suggest you to go with NITs if your rank is less than 800, or apply for JEE Advanced paper 2 and after results if you get the same percentile you can easily get admission in IITs for B.Arch! If not you can go with top NITs for pursuing your B.Arch!
