The ultimate guide of my career.
Placements: Students who passed 1st year with a good GPA can sit for placement. The placement drive in our college is open to all, but Marian College students have more priority. There is an aptitude test for each company as an initial step in the recruitment drive. Then followed an interview with the selected candidates. EY, TCS, HCL, Infosys, IBM, and Jio are important recruiters. There are many internship drives. Many internshala partners are in our college; they help others get their dream internships. 80–90% placement is done every year for every batch.
Infrastructure: The area where college is located is good; the campus is beautiful and has many areas for study because it located in a hilly area, which creates limitations in terms of material, The books and journals available In public library, you can read and write anything you want. The amenities are well-maintained toilets, teaching classrooms, playground and sports facility. The college actively celebrates cultural festivals, sports festivals, and extra curricular activities like NSS camps. In hostel facility, they provide B.Ed. bathroom, light, fan and food, but food is very repetitive; the same things repeats everyday.
Faculty: College is autonomous, so what you expect is that teachers are very strict. Our classes are conducted until noon, so we have enough time to study. Teachers are good; their teaching quality is average, but they are very qualified. Yes, MCA is an emerging course in the IT industry, and the growth of IT creates a lot of jobs and helps us enter the industry. Semester exams are hard. The college itself decides the curriculum, and exams follow the 80-20 pattern followed by college.
Other: college is very active I think there is no bad thing; there is no reason not to not choose this college.

The college is really good at placements.
Placements: The college gives a high priority for placements. Many students got placed in top companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte etc. Every year, about 60-70% of students from courses like BCA, B.Com and BBA get placed.
Infrastructure: Excellent classrooms, library, labs, etc., are available. The college provides free Wi-Fi for all students. Good quality food is provided in the hostel as well as canteen. Medical facilities are available for students. The college gives high priority for sports and games as well.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Even in the covid time, they are completely dedicated and give notes as simple as possible. The exams are at the application level, so that makes it easy for students to enter the industry. The curriculum is really relevant.
