Good facilities are there for labs.
Placements: Usually, construction will have a continuous working field. Nearly 70% of students are get placed. The highest package is 60 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA and the average package is 8 LPA. Some major companies will recruit us, like L&T, Quality lead, Tata, etc.
Infrastructure: Frequent site visits will happen. We have to work more in the outside working field. We have seen practical planting for those whose good equipment is provided by good staff. The department's facilities are good. Good classrooms are fully furnished. Canteen food is really hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. For practical execution, teachers will help a lot. We have to visit some sites for new learning. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. But the students should learn with maximum effort. Then only the person gets some clarity.

One of the top university in India for management courses.
Placements: 100% of placements take place every year. The highest package offered was 11 LPA, the lowest package offered 4 LPA, and the average package offered 6.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are L&T, Adani, Tata Group, SPE&C, VJ Develops, Afcons infra and more. 30% of the students got internships and placements at the same company. Roles offered are site engineer, planning engineer, project coordinator, quality engineer, and construction project manager.
Infrastructure: I have no words to say about the infrastructure and facilities available at the university. This was one of the top universities in India. It has high-class infrastructure with high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, and the labs are specially designed for courses, depending on the course type. Classrooms are equipped with the latest equipment required for courses. The food quality is okay.
Faculty: Professors are highly talented and experienced in their domain subjects. I'm still wondering how some faculty are that genius. Teaching quality is also fine to go with. The course curriculum is specially designed by the experts, making us industry-ready. Pass percentage is 96% at the initial stages.
Other: This is my core course; I have done my basic and primary education in this field and am most interested in construction and management. Practical sessions should be improved to give students a better idea of the course. Anyhow, the university makes us learn required skills relevant to the course.

Review of MIT College of Management, MIT-ADT University.
Placements: The percentage of students is above average, with around 60 to 70 percent able to get one. Assistance through the placement cell is provided, and various research construction companies and other reputed ones like Tata Steel and L&T, etc., are the major and top recruiters.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good; the standard of facilities provided is also nice with relevant software and spacious classrooms, clean washrooms, and a vast collection of material in the library provided. There are stationary and on-campus medical facilities also.
Faculty: Faculty members are the core advantage and prestige of colleagues with top industry experts. They are very professional. The curriculum is vast and covers areas of construction like planning practices, tools, cost estimation, etc. The passing rate is around 70%.

Happy with placement of 2023 batch.
Placements: In our batch, 90% of the students got placed in different construction MNCs. The highest package is INR 8.5 LPA, and the average package is INR 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Tata Construction, L&T Construction, etc. 15% of students got an internship at Tata Construction, later converted to a full-time job with an INR 6.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is like a heritage place; its design is massively good. Our department has a construction site and a computer lab for designing. The quality of the hostel is good, and the hostel food is good. The college has two canteens. Every year, the college organizes a sports fest on the ground that includes all types of indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and helpful. They used a modern 3D printer for a better understanding of practicals. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. The final exams require 50% marks for practical and 50% marks for theory exams. You need to score 40% in both exams to pass. Only a few students clear the final exam on their first attempt.

I am satisfied because of placements and faculty members.
Placements: Almost 100% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4.2 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Viraj Projects, Myntra Properties, Tricon, etc. Almost 100% of the students got an internship in the above-mentioned companies. Top roles offered to the students are in planning, billing, execution engineer as well as a project manager after the experience.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is big and well-designed with all the facilities such as Wi-Fi, CCTV, canteen, library, playgrounds, labs, rooms, etc. I am not at all satisfied with the mess food, and the canteen food is also average. Sports are very good, and the facilities are also excellent.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified and well-experienced with more than 20 years of on-site experience. Teaching quality is well-defined and excellent. The course depends on the activeness and sincerity of the students too, but our college did its best to help students.
Other: I have chosen this course to be industry-ready and to get a PG degree. Others are providing a diploma certificate at a fee of more than 5 lacs, and our college is providing an M.Tech degree of 2 years in 3.5 lacs with quality education. I wish the college to provide more practical knowledge. Events and fests organised are of national and international level, and celebrities and senior authorities visit and address students. Fun, enjoyment and excitement level is huge.

The beauty of MIT ADT Pune.
Placements: There is very little placement. Placements are best for IT department students at our five companies. Namely, L&T Construction, Tata, Adani Infra, MW Construction, and Birla are coming for campus placements. 30% of students in the class are hired by them at an average package of 4 lacs per annum. A government civil internship is provided by the college at a 12k stipend. More students go for government exam preparation.
Infrastructure: The campus is extraordinarily huge; all campus status and environment are beautiful. Wi-Fi is available, but sports grounds are only open for a few hours, and no sports hours are allotted in the timetable. Classroom benches are good, and we have AC in the classroom and library. The college should provide loan facilities, as the feel of college is more. The hostel is very strict; there are some restrictions on timing, clothing, and lifestyle by the college. Mess food is average; I do not like it.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, but management during any event is the worst; they do not have any coordination. The course has been updated to include the latest design software and construction cost management topics, making us self-reliant. Semester exams are 50% practical and 50% written exams.
Other: The college is far away from the main city.
