It is a renowned and the oldest management institute providing full-time MBA programme.

Placements: For the recruitment this year 3 companies visited our college for placements. ICICI Prudential was the first company to visit our college, and it selected about 18 students with a salary package of 6.5 LPA. Next company visited our college was ICICI Bank, and it offered a salary package of 6.5 LPA and selected 4 students for the position of deputy manager. Axis bank visited our college for placements with the minimum salary package of 3.5 LPA.

Highly disappointed with my college.

Placements: 20% of students were placed. The highest package offered was 6 Lacs p. a and the lowest was 3 Lacs p. a. Only 2 companies visit the campus namely ICICI Prudential and ICICI Bank. There is not much option to choose top companies. The college management is living in the 1980s and has a no backlogs eligibility criteria forced on the visiting company even if they want to allow all students to sit in the placement drive. The internship is just a formality, in the end, the faculty just wants a report ...

MONIRBA is a fully Wi-Fi enabled campus.

Placements: The highest package 6.53 LPA was offered by ICICI bank. The top recruiting companies are ICICI bank, Prism Cement, ICICI Prudential, etc. The students have to enroll themselves into 2 months summer internship after 2nd semester exams and submit a report.

Other companies that visit the campus are PRISM CEMENT, HP, JIO. Every year the companies visiting the campus keeps on increasing. Total value for money.

The college is good and has good faculty but has criteria of providing less marks.

Placements: A college with full of opportunities. If you are scoring above 60% percent and don't get backlogs in your semesters then you will definitely get placed. The avg package is around 5-6 LPA. The companies like Prism, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential etc. Are regular visitor of college for placement. This college is one among those colleges which provide you with best ROI (Return On Investment) if considering the fees we pay for MBA.

Placements: Placements were good. We have a batch of 47 students, and among them, 14 students were placed in which 4 were placed in ICICI Bank, 5 were placed in ICICI Prudential and rest were placed in Prism Cement. Almost 33% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 5.5 LPA offered by the ICICI Prudential and Prism Cement.

Pathetic university= monirba.

Placements: It is pathetic. There are only handful of tier2 companies which come for recruitment. There is no effort on the part of college or shall I say "University" to make it better! Forget placements, even for the internship, they didn't have any company. When we had insisted, then they called tier 4 companies for internship and after which, all the students left it.

The college has good infrastructure facilities, faculty, and placements.

Placements: Few companies visited our college for placement, and around 20% of students got placed. Many of them were not eligible to sit for placement because of their backlogs in earlier semesters. Last year in 2018, companies like ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential, and Prism Cement Pvt ltd visited the campus for placements.

A decent place just to learn.

Placements: For the senior batch, three decent companies visited the campus for the placement. One was ICICI Prudential which selected around 7 candidates with an annual salary package of 6.5 Lacs. Another company was ICICI Bank which took away 4 candidates with approximately same salary package. The third company Prism Cement has put its 2 selected candidates on hold.

Best college for least fees and esteemed alumni base.

Placements: 25/42 students got campus placements from the senior batch of our college. We are moving to the 2nd year, so we are expecting a better results than before. Alumni base of the college is too strong. The students who passed from the college are working in reputed companies and some of them are CEOs and Directors of their company. Ex-students prefer to recruit students of our college.

Placements: Companies like ICICI Prudential, ICICI Bank, U-Certify, and Prism Cement visited the campus for placements, and every year they recruit 60-70% of students with a salary package of 6.54 LPA. The process of recruitment started from the personal interview and then group discussion followed by test.

I am satisfied with college on nearly all the aspects, attention on industrial exposure is needed.

Placements: Placements were above average. Almost 95% of all the eligible students were placed from college, and the remaining ones got offers from outside the campus. The highest salary package offered was 6.54 LPA, with the highest designation role of assistant manager. The internships were no different. However, the college had a summer project option, so many students decided to stay back for the summer project. The placed students for the internship were given an average stipend of Rs. 10,000 per month...

Almost 48 students got placed. If the student doesn't have backlogs, he/she will definitely get placed. Last year, four students got placed in ICICI Bank.

MONIRBA: An insight into an MBA college.

Placements: Placement in the college purely depends upon the students. MONIRBA never guarantees 100% placement for the students but tries to place all the students at a respectable position. Many companies do not like to visit MONIRBA because of the strength and other factors like it is under the University of Allahabad and as such the percentage criteria here stands very low and therefore many students do not even qualify the first screening.

Average college but very little fee and fine placement.

Placements: Almost 70% of students are placed in this college at more than 7 LPA. I am placed as Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank with a 7.94 LPA. The minimum package was 5 LPA in Prism Cement. Mostly Finance and Marketing students are placed and very little placement for HR students.
