Absolutely satisfied with this college.

Placements: The placement offers are pretty good, except for the fact that the core companies don't visit much for Mechatronics. Apart from that, the salary packages offered range from 3-12 lacs per annum. The highest salary package offered was around 27 lacs per annum.

SVKM's NMIMS MPSTME, Shirpur is well-known for its placements and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in our college are 100%. Students with a bachelor's degree in technology get an average package of 6.0 LPA to 7.0 LPA. The highest package offered in my senior batch was 12 LPA, and the highest salary package offered on this campus has been 32 LPA. Most of the placements are conducted through Mumbai campus. Good companies like Accenture, TCS, Infosys are the mass recruiters of our college. Both technical and non-technical jobs are offered to students.

NMIMS provides all the facilities that are required by a student.

Placements: The placements in NMIMS Shirpur Campus are pretty good. It has 100% placement record. Students with good academic records and no backlogs can get placed easily. For B.Tech students, the average package offered is 4-7 LPA, and it is 8-20 LPA for M.Tech students. The highest package offered was 28 LPA, last year. Our college has a very clear and transparent placement scenario. Students don't need to worry about placements. The companies that visit our college are very well-known namely Accenture, ...

Excessive restrictions overshadow the exceptional infrastructure.

Placements: The placement committee puts in a lot of efforts to support the placement process each year. The on-campus coordinator and the student committee work with the central placement cell in Mumbai to facilitate opportunities with core consultancies and mass recruiters.

A campus with its own world to live in.

Placements: Well, I'm in my 3rd year so placements of my batch will start place after next year. But my seniors have been placed with the deserving package and work life. The average package is around 6.5 to 7 Lacs. This is because of the 100% internship provided to all students prior to the placement year. There is a placement cell looking after our internship and job placements. I'm quite happy with my college's placements. The history is excellent and the future has always been bright when it comes to pl...

The average package offered for B.Tech students is 4 lacs per annum while for M.Tech students is 8 lacs per annum. NMIMS, Shirpur is one of the best for engineering.

Placements: The placements in the college are good. I got placed in Daikin Air Conditioning India Pvt. Ltd. The salary offered to everyone was appropriate as for a fresher. Major placements were in IT companies. The placement percentage for our batch was 75%. Only a very few mechanical companies visit the campus for placements.

A college with diversity in every source of thought.

Placements: This year, we have a fair amount of placements. The quality of companies that visited this year was better than the previous year. Our college provides transportation facility to students to Mumbai, so students will not be late. We are glad that our college students have performed well in the placements.

The college is good in terms of placements but not good in terms of exposure to the outside world.

Placements: Placements in the college are good, but you have to be confident enough to grab a good one. Good speaking skills and confidence are needed for the same, and I think it is not a very tough task for a student in NMIMS. Overall, good salary packages are offered to placed students.

This is the best college for non-qualifiers of IIT and NIT.

Placements: Our college provides 100% placements to its students. To date, the highest salary offered on-campus was around 8 LPA. The placement cell helps us in developing our aptitude and also takes care of our internship programmes for summer and winter vacations. Besides this, our college has been assigned with NPTEL course and provides a platform for startup ideas framing and working too.

Review of NMIMS, Shirpur Campus.

Placements: Placements in this university are extremely good compared to other private colleges. There is an average placement rate of 70% every year. A huge number of companies visit the campus to recruit the computer science students. If you can manage to get a good CGPA, then you will surely get a good job in a multinational company.

Good faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Companies that come to the college for placements are not that good. Only core field companies come to recruit students of mechanical, civil, etc. IT and CS students are not getting campus placements, causing many students to face problems in their career. Students should be able to be a part of all the companies interviews to know which is the better choice for his/her career. Placements should be provided on the preference of stream so that there must be a chance for all the students to get pl...

The best place to be wherein you can get a homely feeling.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. The authorities try to provide us with 100% placements for both B.Tech and MBA students. The procedure for placement is very well defined and has good discipline. I think students looking for colleges for a dual degree course should definitely approach our college and get admission because it provides the best of all amenities.

Placements: The placements at our college are good for our seniors. Almost everybody got placed and that too with a very good package. Here, the recruitment process is very good as they have got special teachers who assess them for the counselling purpose. They get very good companies for campus placements.

Nmims is good for brand name and services but one needs to work out of the box to succeed.

Placements: Placements are amazing as most of the students get placed with an average package of 6-7 LPA. Also, NMIMS being a big brand name in the MBA market helps B.Tech students get places in big shot companies with a fairly good package. PwC, ICICI, barclays, Accenture etc. offer students great packages.

Don't join it because there are politics within the campus.

Placements: There are vague placements. Only a few people get the real job. Rest of the other crowd, after 4 years of grinding, gets a 15,000 per month job which is a very poor job for a B.Tech student who has survived such harsh environment. If you are supposed to go for off-campus placement, you paint getting hired because the value of this university in the field of engineering is paint that good enough.
