NAEMD- National Academy of Event Management and Development, Jaipur Admission 2025: Details & Updates

National Academy of Event Management and Development (NAEMD), Jaipur is a part of National Academy Group. NAEMD Jaipur offers degree and diploma programmes to aspirants at the undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) level. Programmes offered at NAEMD Jaipur are related to fields such as Event Management and Public Relations. Courses offered at the institute include – BBA/ BMS in Event Management and PR, Master’s Degree (MBA/MMS) in Event Management & PR, Diploma in Aspects of Media, Marketing & Events (DAME), PG Diploma in Aspects of Media, Marketing & Events (PGDAME), PG Diploma in Event Management & Public Relations (PGDEM) as well as Diploma in Event Management & PR (DEM).

Minimum Eligibility Criteria for UG & PG Courses

Candidates are eligible to apply for bachelor’s degree course at NAEMD Jaipur if they have completed their HSC (10+2) or equivalent from any stream. Aspirants need to ensure that they have completed their 10+2 exams from a recognised board. Similarly, for UG Diploma course admissions, aspirants meet the eligibility criteria if they have completed their 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board.

On the other hand, in order to apply for master’s degree as well as PG Diploma programmes offered at National Academy of Event Management and Development, Jaipur candidates need to be graduates (from any stream).

Admission Process

Aspirants seeking admission in UG programmes are offered admission at National Academy of Event Management and Development, Jaipur on the basis of their performance in their 10+2 level examination.

Candidates are offered admission in NAEMD Jaipur programmes such as Master’s Degree/PGDAME/PGDEM on the basis of their performance in an entrance exam. Further, candidates who perform well in this entrance exam are shortlisted for admission and they then need to appear for an interview round. Thus, the evaluation process basis which aspirants are shortlisted for admission in PG programmes at NAEMD Jaipur include Interview, Test, and/or Project submission. Outstation candidates who have been shortlisted for admissions basis their entrance exam performance need to take part in a telephonic interview.

Application Process

Candidates can fill NAEMD Jaipur application form online on the official website of the institute. Apart from this applicants can also download their application form for NAEMD Jaipur admissions and thereafter submit the registration form as per the procedure shared by the event management institute.

Along with the duly filled NAEMD Jaipur application form aspirants need to submit the following self-attested documents:       

• Three passport size photographs
• Photocopy/scancopy of 10^th Marksheet/Certificate
• Photocopy/scancopy of 12^th Marksheet/Certificate
• Photocopy/scancopy of Graduation Marksheet (all semester) & Provisional certificate/ Degree
  (applicable only for candidates applying for Masters Degree / PGDAME / PGDEM Applicant)
• Candidates whose result is awaited, can submit their Exam Hall ticket / Admit Card
• Experience Certificates (if any)
• Photo ID Proof & Address Proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License)

Note: Students are informed that they need to submit the original copy of all of the above mentioned academic documents at the time of admission.

Selection Process

As part of the evaluation process for Master’s Degree/PGDAME/PGDEM courses, candidates are evaluated as per the below mentioned criteria:

• Personality traits
• Academics
• Goals
• Self-awareness level

Candidates who are shortlisted for admission need to submit their original certificate and documents at NAEMD Jaipur. Further, it is informed that candidates would be intimated about their selection through phone or email. As soon as students are offered admission they need to submit their admission fee.

Payment of Fee

Candidates who have applied for Bachelors, BBA, BMS, DAME and DEM programmes need to make the payment of First Installment along with the Application Form. On the other hand, aspirants shortlisted for admission in Masters, MBA, MMS, PGDEM and PGDAME programmes need to pay the first installment within seven days of the announcement of the result.    

To further the Provisional Admission process, selected applicant needs to duly fill the detailed Admission Form and submit it with the Admission cell. In cases where the provisional admission is cancelled by the student, the following charges shall apply:
