One of the best colleges in Karnataka, very good infrastructure and faculty. I love my college.

Placements: This is the best college with placements for all the companies from Infosys to Apple or Google. I am relieved to be placed in Dell and internships are fun too. There is a stipend of Rs. 2,000, but its okay for an internship I guess. But during the campus interviews, a minimum of 70% students will be placed for the first time only.

Overall, the college is good for studies, but no placements provided.

Placements: The placements are the worst there. And for the mechanical branch, it is very bad because as the branch was opened in 2013, so we were the first batch and we did not have any sort of opportunities as far as placements are concerned. And, the placement training is given but of no use.

Satisfied with all things but needs improvement in placements

Placements: Placements were very poor. Only 4 in the college were placed and the percentage was too low at less than 10%. The highest package was 3.15 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 2.5 lakhs per annum. Companies used to offer aptitude, GD, and walk-in interviews. Only a few companies visited our college like Infosys, Wipro and HGS.

Absolutely good and one of the satisfying colleges for everything with good facilities, faculty.

Placements: Placements are good compared to other VTU colleges in Mysore. Many MNC and leading companies have been there for the campus interview. The companies like Bosch, Infosys, Unisys, Unilog, e-tester, RMS Electronics etc hired. We will get placement for percentage for above 60-70. And also there are companies hire for backlogs students. Salary packages are from 1.8 lac to 6.5 lac per annum. Also, they will send for pool campus in other colleges which is very good for the students. If students are...

I would recommend you to get admission here.

Placements: We get placements. The placement officers were friendly. One should be capable of maintaining at least a 7 CGPA every semester to get placed in good and reputed companies.

The college environment is nice and the surroundings are peaceful.

Placements: I am from the electronics and communication branch and a 2019 passed out student. About 40% of the students got placed in my class in some good companies. The highest package that was offered was around 5 LPA and 1.7 LPA was the lowest. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, MindTree visited us. All the students got internships and the majority of them got it from BESCOM.

Review of NIE Institute of Technology.

Placements: The college was established 4 years before I joined. There were very fewer companies that came for campus placement. But we had a pre-placement training which was effective in searching the job off-campus. Generally, our college keeps doing pool campuses with other colleges which helped some few of the students to get placed.

Review of NIE Institute of Technology.

Placements: Placements in our college were quite satisfactory. College has tied up with a company called Career Prime who was taking care of placements along with verbal training from Mind Bloggers. They are doing very well. We have got promised placements for almost everyone. We do have a plus point of being near to many companies which are sure to have a recruiting process every year.

Good college but don't get 100% confidence in placement.

Placements: Placement Is good, the college supports in all formats but you must try to exceed among other people then only you will be placed. Coaching and placement training is good which helps in your interview. 50% of the students get placed according to this year's statistics.

My experience in NIET college.

Placements: Placements are average, you will not get that many good placements, but I got placement in a small company. This college is good, but if you study hard you can get better placements because I was an average student and if you want to get good placements just study.
