Review of NIMS University.
Placements: There are more than 400 students enrolled in the B.Tech Computer Science program. Many companies visited and gave placements to the students. The college provides opportunities to students for placement. The highest salary package is more than 1 crore per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel and course is very good. The hostel provides Wi-Fi facilities to students. The lab is full of computers and well-performing Wi-Fi. The library provides a wide range of books. The quality of mess and its food is very good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good. The relationship between students and faculty members is very nice. Faculty members treat students as their own child. Faculty members are well-qualified. Faculty members are well-mannered. They teach every single point in a proper manner.
Other: B.Tech Computer Science is a very popular course at present time, and the college provides this course with practical knowledge. The university also conducts many fests and functions for students. The university conducts many tech and food fests for students.

Unbiased Review of NIMS University.
Placements: Particularly in B.Tech CSE, there were around 80 percent of students got placement in 2024. The highest package was 23 lacs, the lowest was 4.5 lacs, and the average was 6.5 lacs. There were many recruiters came here like Infosys, Myntra, Ola, even Meta and Amazon last year 2023. Internship opportunities are provided by 1st year only but most of them gives 0 stipend. But yes, gets certificates and lots of other stuff to boost your CV. As in 2023 and 2024, web development sector was booming so most of hiring was for web developers only.
Infrastructure: Faculty holds Ph.D. degrees and all are too much good in teaching. I love learning Maths from one of the faculty named Chanchal Chauhan. The infrastructure is vibrant with many colors, and there are every possible facilities like sports courts, swimming pool, libraries, etc., available 24x7. Hostel rooms are decent. We get air-conditioned rooms with attached lathe and batch. Mess food is not so bad, but a few days you will be enjoying mess food a month or week. There are every possible sport available to play in the university and they are 24x7 available and free to access.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified as PhDs, and knowledgeable. The overall teaching quality is good, but if you are not focusing in the lecture, then teachers would not remind you to focus on studies and all. The course curriculum for B.Tech CSE isn't relevant for the first two semesters as Mechanical, Civil, Chemistry won't help us build a better program.
Other: I chose this course because there are lots of job opportunities in the IT field rather than any non-IT sector. I would say the course is well designed. Every festival is celebrated with vibrant colors and they are so huge and great that you would love the experience throughout college life.

The placements are not good.
Placements: The placement percentage is very low. The college offers a very small percentage of placements on campus. There are very few companies that visit our college, and a very small number of students get internships and placements. The campus is big, with a huge playground for players.
Infrastructure: From the beginning of my college life, I chose to live in the hostel. It's in very good condition, and I enjoy hostel life as I live with my roommates, who are very kind. The hostel food is also nice. The meals are good, and I have regular dinners. I love the hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are not helpful, and they are also not well-trained. The teachers at our college lack knowledge and do not support their students. The course curriculum is relevant and aims to make the students industry-ready with faculty support.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a computer science engineer.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good, and the course curriculum aligns with the latest educational board standards, focusing on practical skills to make students industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in science and technology. The best part is the practical experience provided. The course could be improved with more industry visits and workshops on the latest technologies.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with good teaching quality. The course curriculum aligns with the latest provided by educational boards and emphasizes practical skills to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, with a passing rate of 80%.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in science and technology. The best part of the course is the practical experience it provides. Improvements could include more industry visits and workshops on the latest technologies. Various cultural and technical events are held regularly, and the campus environment is good.

Placements: The placement percentage in the NIMS is very less. There is low level of placement. Very few companies visit in our college. There are many students who don't get any placement and any internship. The highest package is 1.2 crore and less is not known.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of course is quite good as compared to other courses. There is wifi labs and library in the all department. The hostel food is quite good and decent. The canteen food is very tasty and very delicious. They also provide medical facilities.
Faculty: The teachers of our college are well qualified and knowledgeable but they don't know how to teach. The semester examinations are not that much tough. The teachers are quite good in nature but sometimes they got angry . They make student ready for industry.
Other: I chose this course because I have interest in this course. The best about the course is there is very much opportunities and working experience. The university provides many tech fests. The university also provide the scholarship to the student who take admission in hostels. All the thing is very good about the course and university.
