BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery - Batch of 2026

It is a very good dental college in Rajasthan.
Placements: There are 100 students in our batch. No top recruiting companies that visit our college to hire students. Internships are average, and salary packages are also not good.
Infrastructure: The library is well-equipped in our college. Air-conditioners are available. Our classrooms are well-furnished. The campus is not Wi-Fi-enabled. The infrastructure is good. Hostel facilities are also good.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. Internal exams are easy. The course curriculum is good.

The college has good patient flow.
Placements: Normally, in the medical field, we want to set up our own clinic. So the rest will definitely opt for government seats in the hospital. About 60 to 70% of that gets in, with an average of 1.2 LPA. The top roles depend on your calibre and your skills.
Infrastructure: The hospitals are not as good as engineering colleges, but as I am at a private college, it has a good infrastructure with a vast library and 11 departments that are well maintained. Hostels are well-cleaned here. The mess is not far away, and so is the canteen.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are very well qualified. They are supportive too. The goal of our course is to make the patients or other people smile a better. So if you want to do something, you are in the best place. Well, exams are not so hard.

It is a great college under Rajasthan Dental Association with highly-educated faculty.
Placements: The placement rate is above 60%. The highest package offered in BDS is 16 LPA. You can get a job across the world in the dental sector. Highly-educated professors conduct webinars here. All the games are available. Fresher's party is held every year. I recommend this college.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is available. The library is open till 8 pm. It has well-maintained labs and digital classes. Mess offers only vegetarian food. All the game contests are conducted.
Faculty: The teachers are top-ranked. Mr Ali sir, for endodontics, and our principal sir, Mr Bagwan Das, are highly skilled and highly educated.
Other: You can open your own dental clinic if you choose this course.

It is a good college for practice purposes, and you will know how to deal with all toes of patients.
Placements: There are 98 students in our batch. Overall college is good because of the OPD of patients but the education is also good. It is a good college to do an internship as you are allowed to go to all kinds of patients, but the disadvantage is that you are not given any stipend.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is pretty good and we have a central library with air-conditioners and departments with a good number of dental chairs. But there is no Wi-Fi facility and there are network issues with the college. The hostel rooms are good and well furnished with water coolers and aqua guards. The food served in the mess is edible.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful in most departments, and all have done masters in dental surgery. They are knowledgeable persons in their respective fields but do not explain much. If you want to study, you will have to ask them. Exams held are of difficulty level, and so is the checking, but students score high due to good education.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to go for the medical or dental field only. Since I didn't get medical I choose the dental course. I opted for this college because of its high OPD. This college has good cultural participation also.

Looking forward for college to support in extracurricular activities.
Placements: Well we are the first batch here, but I am hoping for a good job after the course completion. All the students in private colleges related fields have to sign a bond in accordance to which we are bound to do internship from our college and if we wish to switch then there is a certain amount that needs to be paid.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are provided in the hostels. Classrooms are well constructed with air-conditioners and proper sitting facilities along with projectors in the lecture halls. The library is big and spacious with all the required books. Labs are big enough to hold approximately 150 students. We have well maintained hostel rooms as well.
Faculty: Course is completed by lectures and we have 1 teacher per batch for 100 students. Projectors are used for teaching. Teachers are well qualified. The course curriculum is useful. Also we have presentations and projects along with clinical postings in hospitals.
Other: Events are rarely held by college management. Facilities for extracurricular activities are provided but the funds are not given. Rather they ask for sports fees per year and do not maintain the sports fields and courts, we want to play but we lack equipments.

Disappointed with the infrastructure, rules, bad communication, teaching quality & connectivity.
Placements: More than 85 students come to this college for BDS every year. Top role is of a dentist. The highest package can be more than 20 Lacs and the lowest is 12 Lacs and the average is 15 Lacs. Out of more than 80 students, 60 students got an internship in this college. So, about 75% got internship.
Infrastructure: The college has no Wi-Fi. Classrooms, labs and campus are very neat and clean. Drinking water is available in the hostel. They give the food 3 times daily. And also they give tea and milk in the evening. For students, medicine is totally free. Sports are not organized every year. But this year a woman cricket match will be organized next month.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They have good knowledge. They are highly qualified but not all the teachers. They have friendly behaviour and are helpful. Teaching quality is average. There is no extra curriculum for students. Some teachers even don't know how to behave. They don't have basic knowledge.
Other: I wanted to become a doctor after MBBS and this course is my second choice. I will be able to provide everyone with a nice smile and healthy teeth. The practical work should be improved in BDS course. No scholarship. No extracurricular activity. Very bad communication. Very far from the city. Only Freshers party celebrated and it totally depends on senior batch efforts. No other events.

The bond amount varies from state to state and college to college
For example ,
in the case of private dental colleges, you will have to pay the entire amount of the whole duration of BDS course while in government dental colleges, in general the bond amount is of 5 lakhs if you leave the BDS course
