Oxford of the East and the top college of Bihar.
Placements: There were no placements in the IT department because. I have pursued a B.A. (hons) and there were minimal chances of placement because 80% of students are preparing for civil services exams and competitive exams. 30% students got internship from IIT colleges or NGOs like HHFC Trust in Patna, which is very helpful NGO in Patna. It is a blessing of God that we have an NGO like this.
Infrastructure: Our infrastructure is very good wi-fi is available on the whole campus of Patna University, and speed of internet is very good. Labs are also available and approximately two times in a week we are going to lab for practical. Classrooms are very big and perfect. The building was made after 1863 so all classrooms are big and comfortable for everybody. Many new digital classrooms are very nice like comfortable chair, digital boards, and many new things are added in that classrooms. One bad thing is that the mess is not available in hostel.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and they have too much knowledge about our course. They teach all topics without any book and I like their teaching technique, the language that he delivers any topic. Topics are clear for maximum students. Our course curriculum is also good. Average students who read their books can easily pass in semester and those students who do not study one day will fail because our examinations are very hard. The questions are easy but there is no chance of cheating.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in it. I know about this subject and course; that's why I choose this course. Three or five events are organised on our campus in a year. Fests are also organized on our campus and we are enjoying them. Campus crowd is average. Connectivity is very strong and in a few years, the metro will also be available to our campus. The campus surroundings are much better than any college in India because the college is located at the bank of the river (Maa Gangas). Scholarships are also available from state governments and central governments, approximately 12 thousand in a year and 36 thousand in 3 years. In extracurricular activities, sports, drama club, NCC, NSS, dance club, sports club, etc., are there.

From the best university of Bihar and top colleges of Patna .
Placements: Approximately 40% student got placed, with minimum package of 1.5 lakh to maximum 6-7Lakh. Some companies like Wipro, TCS recruit students from here. Approximately 50% students got a chance of internship. The lecture of teachers are so good and teachers are very helpful.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility are just okay, if you can't afford living outside campus. Facilities of hostel are not too good. Also room are very few so it's difficult to get a chance to have a room. It's better to live outside because you will be more consistent to your studies.
Faculty: Teachers are understanding and very patient. Teachers also provide guidance for career and future. Teachers help you if you ask them classes are not regular because of college miss management. For graduation you can surely option this college but not good in Post Graduate. Exam are always on, and mostly results are declared on time.
Other: I chose this college because it's from the best university of my state and very near from my location. I wish class should be more in number than now. Our college organizes so many events and fest like college day , sports days, fresher's, farewell, championship games, republic day, Independence Day, Saraswati puja etc.

It is very good college.
Placements: No one is placed.
No placement for BA(Hons) in Psychology
Because their is no placement shells in college and college offered placement cell for post graduation students only so their is no any placement shells for ba students in patna college patna bihar
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well maintained.
Classroom and Library is qiut good.
Sports and games are also good for students.classroom are well cleaned anf well maintained by faculty memebers are very good and teachers are so well mainnered and students are also well mannered.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and very helpful for students.
Semester exam is not that much difficult anf passing percentage is 45%.so you have to pass in every subjects and after that you can go in next semester so patna university put their passing percentage upto 45%.
Other: I always wanted is course to study and want to help people's by doing counselling.

Overall mine experience was good enough.
Placements: My batch is too good. Lowest package is almost 4 LPA and highest package is 14 LPA. Almost 30 percent students are placed and almost 20% got internship. My college offers B.A and BCA, regular and vocational courses. Other things you can see on its website.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure, faculty, hostel is just so- so nothing special there. Classroom is only thing I like there, wifi sometimes didn't work properly. Canteen is also average type. Regular games like kabbadi competition happens. Just go and visit once to check out.
Faculty: Teachers are too good and qualified there. It isn't that difficult to pass there just you need 50 percent to pass. It prepares students well to work good and give best in the field where they are but the placement is just average and not good enough.

Bachelor in Mass Communication - Batch of 2025
4.2

Good infrastructure is there in the college.
Placements: Students were placed in our course just like BBA, B.M.C., or BCA. The highest package offered is INR 2.50 lacs to 5.00 lacs. The percentage of students getting placed is between 60% and 90%. Roles offered are business administration, computer operator, and journalist reporting.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, and libraries are so good in terms of the best infrastructure; they provide a peaceful environment. The hostel's quality is that students prepare their own food from the market, and there is no canteen. The sports field is well maintained. It is very enjoyable.
Faculty: The best teachers are those who are the most knowledgeable in all subjects. They conduct a semester-by-semester exam. The student's pass percentage is high. There is good ground for all types of sports played by students.
Other: Best teacher, good playground, highly-professional teachers—college life is very enjoyable.

The college is good but needs to be improved in some scenarios.
Placements: Big companies like Microsoft, Google, and Adobe do not visit this college. But since I have joined this college but placements are getting better every year. So, placement-wise, this is an improving college.
Infrastructure: The campus is very big and has a lot of trees, which makes it an attractive place to study. The faculty is very good, and the practical classes were good. Interactions among students and teachers were also good. All of the staff are very helpful, and there are no extra charges by any of them. There is no ragging, and everyone is friendly and willing to help each other.
Faculty: The course has about 320 students, which is quite large. The teachers are very good and always available to answer questions. The course is semester-based, with exams scheduled every six months. You must pass all subjects to advance to the next semester.
Other: The college conducts regular annual fests, freshers' parties, and farewell parties. Books are available in the library, and students can use them for free. The campus also has sports and curriculum activities, social service programs, and club facilities. These activities are a great way for students to learn and grow.
