Tier 1 Ayurvedic college with good clinical exposure.
Placements: Students in the medical college do a one-year internship here with an average stipend of Rs. 18,000 per month. The hospital records a great number of out-patient departments per day, which makes it known for its good clinical exposure. Companies like Dabur, Patanjali, etc., are top recruiting companies in this field.
Infrastructure: The campus is not so big. It has a college building with boys' and girls' hostels, 2 canteens, and badminton and volleyball courts. The hostel is in bad condition. The classrooms are spacious for the admitted students to accommodate. Anatomy, physiology, and all other department labs have all the required things as per the curriculum and with a practical perspective. The library provides all the subjects and many of their respective authors' books as per the curriculum.
Faculty: Each prof's respective department has well-qualified and experienced teachers. The staff generally uses the native language more while teaching; English is used for the modern subjects. Periodic assessment exams are conducted on a monthly basis, and two term exams are conducted with moderate to difficult levels to prepare the students well for the university examination.
Other: Many events are organised in the college during festivals.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The college offers internships for students. The stipend for the internship is INR 18,000 per month. The stipend was previously INR 11,000 per month, but it has been increased to INR 18,000. Approximately 50 to 60% of the students in our course were placed.
Infrastructure: The college has many facilities, including labs, digital classrooms, a library, an e-library, hostels, and a canteen. The quality of the food in the canteen and mess is good. Medical facilities are available at all times. The students' committee arranges sports and games.
Faculty: The teachers are highly educated and experienced in their fields. The curriculum is relevant and well-designed for students. The semester exams are challenging but fair, and students generally do well. The teachers are always available to provide guidance and help students with their studies.
Other: I'm a student in the B.A.M.S. course at M.A. Podar Hospital. I like the course because it includes our traditional way of healing and treating diseases. But the best thing about it is that M.A. Podar hospital has a very good patient flow. That means that we have the opportunity to observe patients with a wide variety of diseases.

One of the top government ayurvedic colleges in Maharashtra with excellent practical experience.
Placements: College has a batch of 125 students for the UG program. As per NCISM guidelines, students are required to complete a one-year internship at the college hospital. Hospital has one of the highest numbers of OPD patients in Maharashtra. Panchakarma treatments are excellent here. Most students graduating from this college earn a decent income by running clinics or working in government or private hospitals.
Infrastructure: Overall infrastructure is average, with the college building currently under renovation. Classrooms can accommodate 80-100 students and are equipped with basic facilities. A herbal garden is present on the campus. However, the boys' and girls' hostels are not in good condition. Library is functional and includes reading halls.
Faculty: Faculty members are skilled in their respective subjects both teaching and resolving doubts. Regional language, Marathi, is predominantly used in teaching. Term exams and periodic exams are conducted monthly, helping students prepare effectively for university exams. Various academic and personality development activities are also organized in the college.
Other: College offers excellent connectivity due to its location in Worli. Various termsare organised during festivals and annual fests. CCRAS Mumbai is situated within the college campus.

Our college is a good combination of study and experience.
Placements: About 70-80% of students pass out from the college every year, and the average salary offered is quite good. After completing the undergraduate programme, the average stipend offered is approximately INR 18,000-20,000 per month, while the average stipend in the postgraduate programme is around INR 80,000-90,000 per month. Overall, it’s a good opportunity, and the college offers a one-year internship after course completion.
Infrastructure: The classrooms at this college are too small to accommodate the total number of students. The boys' hostel is not very good, with old rooms that are only average in quality and minimal facilities. The girls' hostel is okay and has security. The library and canteen facilities are good.
Faculty: The faculty members are excellent. They are highly knowledgeable, and the quality of teaching is the best I've experienced. The teachers teach in all three languages, which is better for students who have a grip on Marathi. The curriculum is well focused, and the college organizes lots of competitions for students' overall growth.
Other: I like the college surroundings, and they organize a lot of extracurricular activities. They also have events organized every year.

Good enough but not excellent.
Placements: This college is well-known for its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. After graduating, students have multiple options, including pursuing an MD/MS or selecting a dream branch. The average stipend for undergraduate students is approximately INR 18,000 - 20,000 per month. The average stipend for postgraduate students is approximately INR 80,000 - 90,000 per month. Overall, this college provides a good opportunity for students.
Infrastructure: The college doesn't have a campus, the classrooms are small, and the mess food is just average. The department of Samhita and Sanskrit is the best. We get to study Ayurveda and modern medicine at the same time. The library has a huge collection of books, and the laboratories are well-equipped with all the necessary instruments.
Faculty: The faculty in most departments are very coordinating and helpful. Sanskrit in the first year is somewhat lacking in terms of faculty, but all other subjects have experienced and good teachers. Clinical postings and academic activities are carried out in a scheduled way.

Top tier Ayurvedic college with good clinical postings.
Placements: Students can do general practice after graduation or they can opt for a PG as per their choice. The average stipend offered is approximately 18-20K per month for an internship. After graduation, one can opt for a private hospital or start his/her own clinic. Companies like Dabar, Sandu, and Patanjali offer jobs with a decent salary.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is not well developed. The college building has only two floors and is under renovation. The classrooms are large enough to accommodate the students, and they have projectors, whiteboards, and other basic facilities. The boys' hostel is also under renovation, as it was in very bad condition. The girls' hostel is in good condition. The library and two canteens on campus are in good condition.
Faculty: The faculty in most departments are very coordinating and helpful. They have a good knowledge of the Ayurvedic subjects they're teaching. Sanskrit in the first year is somewhat lacking in terms of faculty, but all other subjects have experienced and good teachers. Clinical postings and academic activities are carried out in a scheduled way, and examinations are conducted like university exams.
Other: I like the college's surroundings, and they organize a lot of extracurricular activities. They also have events organized every year.
