Actual condition of Bytco College Nashik.
Placements: The college management and board claim to have achieved several placements, but we don't get any proper information or answers from them. As of now, we don't have any news or information about the placement of students from our college. We hope we can find someone to answer our questions.
Infrastructure: The college has poorly planned, shabby, and old infrastructure. There is no proper route or path to travel between the departments. There is unnecessary growth of plants and grass everywhere. We were promised improvements in the college condition and cleanliness, but we don't see anything happening.
Faculty: The faculty changes frequently and is not operated in a proper manner. There is no proper communication between the faculty and students. Poor-quality management. Our HOD was suddenly changed overnight without informing us, and we were not told any reason or specifics.
Other: Timetables and schedules made for the students are handled poorly and are not followed in a proper manner.

Really good campus. I have beautiful campus memories with friends.
Placements: 60-90% of students got jobs from the placement drive. The highest package offered was 3.2 LPA, the average was 2.4 LPA, and the lowest was 1.8 LPA. Nashik Mahanagar Palika, Tata, HAL, Unilever, Nestle, etc. are the companies that visit the campus to hire students. 30% of students got placement from my course in above companies. Manager role was offered.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are big and comfortable with proper benches along with other facilities in my department. There is no Wi-Fi present. There are sports and games available for students to take part in. No hostel or mess facility is there. Canteen and first-aid help is there for students. Five lakh rupees insurance is included in annual fees.
Faculty: The professors are very knowledgeable with more than 25 years of experience. The students can become industry ready by concentrating on lectures and studying properly. The minimum criteria of passing in any course is 35% as of now. Semester exams are quite difficult and conducted with strict regulations.
Other: I chose this course because I want to gain knowledge about CBZ subjects. Events and fests are conducted.

Teachers, friends, and college.
Placements: Consider that no placement is provided by the college. Do not rely on the college in terms of placement; 2-3 students were placed in biopharmacy and SN pharmacy. The package is 25,000 monthly. Internships are offered by local Nashik bio companies, which also provide stipends ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 monthly. Placements are very limited for bachelor's students; many companies prefer hiring master's students.
Infrastructure: The college is situated outside of Nashik City, but all buses and taxis are available. There is no Wi-Fi, but the labs are well-equipped; they contain all the essential elements. The library is spacious; earbuds are not allowed inside. There are many individuals who keep an eye on every student. The hostel facilities are good, but I opted to stay in a PG, which accommodates fewer people and offers more amenities such as gas, refrigerators, and air conditioning. The canteen is decent; it can accommodate 30 people at a time.
Faculty: The teachers have an understanding of the industry gained from interactions with students. Additionally, they encourage us to prepare for government exams. The teachers hold qualifications such as a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. in biotechnology. Our syllabus is aligned with Pune University's esteemed curriculum. Exams in our classes are moderately difficult; approximately 75% of students pass.

The college has excellent teaching staff members.
Placements: I guess 90% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is about 5 LPA. Wipro, TCS, Byjus, Tata Consultancy Services, and many more are the top recruiting companies. Almost all students got internships in Wipro, TCS, Jindal, Infosys, Mahindra, and Tata. Mostly, research-type roles are offered in it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is old but well maintained. Everything is neat and clean and the campus is beautiful. Everything is available in our college like library, big playground, seminar halls, gathering stage, etc. Hostels are also pretty good. Rooms are clean and the food provided in the mess is also good. Sports and games are also held in our college like cricket, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: All teaching staff members of our college are well qualified and very helpful. Teaching is good and understandable. This course does make students industry-ready. We had semester patterns and the difficulty level of the semester exams was average. Due to the help of teachers, it is quite easy to pass them.
Other: There are many fests that are always going on in college. Our college used to do Utsav like Vignan Mahotsav, Srujankura, etc. A lot of books are available in the library which is very helpful to us and a computer library is also available in it. We used to conduct intra-sports every month for different groups and different games for both boys and girls. There are many student clubs and every fest is organized by SAC (student association council) which consists of subgroups in it.

I have a very good experience in 2021.
Placements: HOD provides suggestions. If many students want to get placed, interviews might occur in college only, but we can also go externally. IT companies of Nashik come here and hire students. Our 3-4 known seniors are interns now. We can become project managers, front-end coders, back-end coders, etc., according to our preference.
Infrastructure: The computer science department is near the gymkhana. Labs and classrooms are great. The library is upstairs near the HOD office, from where you can access any book needed in the course. There is a hostel nearby, and there are many of my friends. There are many messes here, so you can choose any of those.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, very helpful and knowledgeable. They also encourage students to help each other if some students are not asking doubts. The course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are good enough. Questions are directly from books or lectures.
Other: I have chosen this course because B.Sc computer science is very easy to understand. If you are interested in coding, then you can choose this course. There are many events, scholarships and many extracurricular activities like drawing competitions, speeches, debates, etc.

Placements: Placement cell is actively involved in guiding students at various fields of employment. Usually campus interview are being conducted during January or February of every year. All the placement activities are conducted under guidance of principal and committee members. Campus interview are conducted with collaboration with Government of Indian Ministry of Skills Development & Entrepreneurship, AISECT (All India Society for electronics and Computer Technology), NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation ), PMVK (Pradhanmantri kawshalya Vikas yojana). Students are been employed in multiple Companies with different job titles. Companies like : Mahindra sona, Soma soft, Rytham software, Wrighter information, Iffa zone. Wipro BPO company (Mumbai and Pune), Secure mobile insurance company, IBM GPS (Mumbai), WNS global services ltd, Datamatics Ltd, Eureka Forbes Ltd, Delta Finochem pvt Ltd, Omiz solution pvt Ltd, D-HR services Ltd, just dial Ltd, E- Design pvt Ltd, Aadarsh cooperative society.
Infrastructure: College has a library located in 7000sqr. Ft area of huge campus, with more than 104515 books of various subjects. College regularly subscribes about 117 journals, magazines & periodicals. Huge siting area is available for students. More than 10 computer are there in library along with high-speed internet facility for students and teachers. Conference room :
There are two conference room in college, 1st room is named as "Namdar balasaheb deshmukh sabhagarah" and capacity is upto 300 students.
2nd room is named as " Commerce lab " and capacity is up to 100 students.
Faculty: "Dr. Dhanesh kalal " is principal of college & Dr. Smt Manjusha Kulkarni is vice principal of Science faculty. Faculty of college will treat you as a friend, not just a student. Professor's behavior can completely alter your attitude towards class, boost your confidence, create a better learning environment, and leave you with a good reflection of overall class. This quality of teacher makes everyone within it feel more comfortable and happy. A great professor can make you enjoy a content which you don't particularly like, they can bring more confidence in the class, change and expand your perspective on what you already know & make your overall course experience more knowledgeable and enjoyable.
