The purpose of establishing the college is to engage female leaners, push them to higher studies.
Placements: Placement is not the top priority of the college, as it is focused on preparing graduates for higher studies. The placement rate is around 40%. The average salary is around INR 10,000–35,000 per month. The top recruiters are Tata, Mahindra, and other reputed companies. 65% of students got internship.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are spacious, and Wi-Fi is available in the hostels, classrooms, and labs. The library has a great collection of books, including study books, storybooks, and magazines. There's a biodiversity park and three canteens. The campus was previously a king's palace, and there's a beautiful palace on the grounds. The underground room of the palace was used for India's freedom fighting, and there are two museums on the grounds. The college provides four wholesome meals a day, including a heavy breakfast. The canteen food is low in oil and very easy on the stomach. The college provides care facilities, including a music room and a sports room where instruments are available. A doctor is on call 24 hours a day. Any boarder can get any necessary elements in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified,, and knowledgeable more than the syllabus. Teaching quality was pretty awesome. Teachers teach in a very friendly manner and with the presentations. Drama will be taught by doing drama. Students are treated as their own children some times. They are guided carefully. There is no discrimination in the college. This is a quite peaceful place for us. It's a huge campus. The curriculum is industry-relevant. This makes students higher studies-oriented. Exams were moderate. Pass marks are 40%.
Other: I chose this course because I loved the subject most. The best things about my course were Cinema and Literature, Children Literature, and detective stories. I think it would be better if we read linguistics, especially phonetics, in my course. Events are pretty cultural and full of intellectual entertainment. Fests occur a few times a year. The campus is a cool place, not too crowded, and not too empty. Connectivity is good, and the campus surroundings are awesome. Scholarship facilities are brilliant, and there are lots of opportunities for extracurricular activities. Seminars are held very frequently, and a film is shown once a week. Students can take Zumba, beautician, sewing, computer, or self-defense classes. The campus has an awesome water filtration system, and free cold water is available.

RNLKW College is an average college with worse hostel facilities but good campus.
Placements: The placement cell informed us that 100% of placements are unachievable, and therefore, we must do our finest job to get good results. Overall, 60% of the senior batch contend with having been positioned through campus placements. Because the college is one of the best in the region, finding a job near the area is not difficult. But finding a job far away can be hard enough. Vodafone, Google, Lava, Samsung, Coca Cola and some others came here. Highly-reputed companies come here for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my course is good. I have been living in the college hostel for a while now, and I can say that the quality and service are very low compared to the college campus. Our hostel has 6 buildings, each with an unequal number of rooms. The room sizes are average, and they ask for multiple students to live in a single room. When it comes to food, it is the worst. Even though they provide vegetarian options, the quality is never eatable. Several students have complained about getting sick as a result of eating hostel food. We have to make a line and collect our food from the people giving us, and the food is always tasteless. There are times when we have no other option than to eat the food here and get sick.
Faculty: I majored in economics in B.Sc., and I always wanted to learn the subject from the best teachers. After starting of classes, I realised that I had come to the right place because the teachers are always helpful and knowledgeable about their subjects. Some teachers are very strict in class, but they are no less than our seniors outside of class. Even if we do not get the job we want after studying economics in this college, I'm confident that the teachers will guide and help us learn and understand the subject. The teachers are well trained and capable of transforming an average student into a good scholar.
Other: My overall college experience has been fantastic up to this point. The college day ends at 4:30 PM. The hostel residents are free to explore the area until late at night. The teachers are always friendly and never refuse to assist anyone in need, be it about academics or any personal problem. Sports are given high priority on campus to the students having physical education, which is one of the best things I like about the college. According to our seniors, fests and celebrations are always helpful for students after a long time of studying.

I spent the best 3 years here and learnt a lot of things which are now helping me.
Placements: Students need to score more than 90% in academics to get placed. There is a career advancement centre where students get notifications of every government skim. There are also some courses like dance, craft, computer course, and the special one is a journalism course. This centre helps needy students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great, and 24x7 Wi-Fi service is also available. There is a separate classroom for every subject. The library is very big, and students can find many valuable books and antique books. Students can read in the library. Hostel ambience is very good, and the hostel staff members are very frank. Quality of the meal in the hostel is not good. Medical facilities are available 24x7. Besides the hostel, there is a big ground so that students can use it. There is a lot of sports equipment like bat, volleyball and badminton so that students can play in the afternoon.
Faculty: I got the best teachers here. They are very helpful and very frank to students, and every faculty member is highly qualified. Teachers are very good, and they explain every difficult thing in a very easy manner. If the syllabus is not completed on time, then they take extra classes and complete the syllabus. The course curriculum is highly relevant. For the English subject, our college is the best.
Other: I like literature, so I have chosen this subject. A lot of things are included because the literature is very much interesting. I think it is enough, and there is nothing to improve. Events like inauguration day, freshers day, farewell day, sports and cultural programs happen here. Campus surroundings are very beautiful. The main building of our college is a heritage building, and there is a beautiful garden before the main building. There are beautiful trees around the campus, and there are various fruit trees. It is a lush green and beautiful campus.
