Better college for students with rural talent.
Placements: There is no scope for getting a placement through a campus recruitment drive. If we are truly talented, we can get a good placement off-campus. It requires hard work until we get a place in any company. We need to be sure of the external job market.
Infrastructure: The department blocks have Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms. Wi-Fi is available in classrooms as well as in the Library. The quality of the food is not that much good, though it can be decent on some days. However, don't expect much about games in our college.
Faculty: The faculty are good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good enough to learn something new, but the main problem here is we do not have that much interaction with faculty members. The course curriculum is good.

Join if you're from middle class and want to improve your skills by yourself.
Placements: In electronics and communication engineering, hardly a 20% percentage of students get placement by on-campus drives. Many students are searching for off-campus jobs in the core domain. For the students who want their future in the software industry, they got more opportunities than core students.
Infrastructure: There are so many facilities in the hostel and classes. There is a lot of WiFi access and the college will give you a personal laptop. There is a library to improve our skills. But there is some problem with labs. Medical facilities were good. Food was average.
Faculty: Teachers are highly knowledgeable persons but they are contract-based faculty. So, they are more concerned about their future; somehow, they didn't bother about students much. But when we ask for something, they respond very quickly and the faculty was so helpful in our college life. The course curriculum was good. There are 4 projects for the course. Those are very helpful to our future. Those projects will make us industry-ready.
Other: This college is a very good option for people who come from the middle class because all the fees will be borne by the government only and there is a lot of time to improve our skills by ourselves only.

This college needs more development
Placements: It's been 8 years the college has been established, so its too rare to get placements in top or best companies, but present we are getting opportunities from local companies or startups. I think our college need some more time to attract top companies.
Infrastructure: We don't have all facilities, we have no wifi, equipment in labs are not sufficient and some will not work properly. We have some water problems if it's summer it's very difficult to live in hostel. Coming to mess food is good, but they don't follow schedules.
Faculty: Here teachers are willing to teach anything, and they all are highly qualified and have seniority in the field of teaching. Coming to curriculum one semester is completed in 5 to 6 months. It will be difficult at last 2 months for practical tests, exams etc.
Other: University has natural infrastructure. We can enjoy the events as much as we want.

ONLY STUDY HERE IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD EDUCATION IN BETTER COLLEGES.
Placements: I joined in 2020 and will be passing out in the year 2026. I'm studying EEE. The percentage of students placed through campus placements is usually below 30%. The average package is around 4-6 LPA. I'm unaware of the highest and lowest packages, but I believe the lowest is around 4 LPA and the highest is about 10 LPA. Mostly IT companies hire students from our college. About 60% of students usually get internships in companies corresponding to their courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. There's no Wi-Fi in the hostel yet, but it’s getting ready and will be available soon. The library is not too big, but it’s okay, and the required books are available. The hostel facilities are also average—not very great—and the quality of food could be better. The medical facilities and sports and games are fine.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and helpful. The pass percentage is almost 80%. The difficulty level of semester exams is intermediate. The teaching quality could be better. The course curriculum is relevant, but I'm not sure it’s enough for students to become industry-ready; it can definitely improve.
Other: The criteria for opting for a course are a little twisted in RGUKT campuses, especially. The probability of getting into the course you like depends on the marks you achieve in both PUC-1 and PUC-2. The academics are fine, and we get plenty of time to work on ourselves. There are a lot of things they need to improve. We do get to enjoy festivals on campus.

A good college and absolutely good opportunity for students here, but lack of infrastructure .
Placements: About 50 to 60 percent of students are placed in our college, as per my knowledge. The highest package is around 27 LPA, the least is 3 and a half LPA, and the average package here is around 7 LPA. Companies like Wipro and TCS come here for recruitment.
Infrastructure: Here, there are classrooms which are digital, and there is 24-hour Wi-Fi facility for students. A library and many subscriptions to various sources are provided to students by the management. The library contains all types of books, and intra-campus tournaments are held, which help students with extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are absolutely helpful, and they assist us in gaining marks and knowledge about the latest technologies. The quality of teaching is good. Coming to the curriculum, it is a 6-year integrated course which includes intermediate and four years of B.Tech degree.
Other: Because it is free of cost for economically backward class students, and I like the course structure, which is stress-free.

Lack of faculty, good infrastructure.
Placements: Nearly 60% of students from my course got placed. The highest package is around 15 Lacs per annum, with the lowest being 30k per month and an average of 6 Lacs per annum. Companies like Wipro, Grindlex, and Value Creed are recruiting students and offering internships as well. Roles like full stack web developer, SDE intern, and software engineer are offered in my course.
Infrastructure: The classroom environment is good. We have projector facilities, good lab equipment, and every student gets a laptop from the college. For 3rd and 4th-year students, there is free Wi-Fi. CSE labs are conducted in classrooms. We have a canteen and a food court. A hospital is available 24 hours, but the food in the mess is not good at all.
Faculty: The main problem with the college is the lack of faculty. The administration often brings guest lecturers from outside the campus. We have 3 mid exams of 15 marks each, and the best two are considered. There are 10 marks from assignments and 60 marks for the end-semester exam, totaling 100 marks per subject. Passing the exams is fairly easy.
Other: It is a 6-year integrated B.Tech course from 11th standard to graduation. The fee for 11th and 12th, known as PUC, is 40k, and for B.Tech, it ranges from 45k to 50k. Many students here come from poor backgrounds and belong to backward castes, making them eligible for scholarships given directly by the government. The scholarship covers 3 to 4 phases of 12.5k for college fees and 2 phases of 10k for hostel expenses. Any remaining amount must be paid by the student.
