Comprehensive college review. A deep dive into college life and learning.
Placements: Approximately 80 % of students were placed in this course .
The highest package available was 6 LPA, while the lowest package offered was 2 LPA.
The top recruiters are Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, and EY, which are the recruiting companies for our course.
Roles offered are Call Centre, Finance Specialist, and marketing associate.
Infrastructure: Nice environment in hostel and seniors are good and helping in nature. Nice mess food is also provided.
The best quality facility and infrastructure are available for our course and also for our department. We have a much bigger library than other private colleges.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are pretty good at teaching students. It is easy as compared to other colleges in exams.
We have 6 semester exams in our colleges; 54% is the pass percentage of our exams . Yes, the course is curriculum-relevant.
Other: Events are too good as compared to other big private colleges.

My life at Ravenshaw University
Placements: I am currently in the 2nd year of BBA, and internship and placement programs begin from the 3rd year. However, I am aware of some companies recruiting for our course, like Deloitte, TCS, private banks, and more. A good percentage of students from our course have secured internships.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure on campus is good, though the University does not provide hostel facilities for self-financing courses. The infrastructure for our department is nice, with Wi-Fi, multiple air-conditioned classrooms, and smart projectors installed. There is also a library available for borrowing books.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, knowledgeable, and very supportive. Overall, the faculty is approachable and assists with student-related issues. Semester exam difficulty depends on how well students prepare. The course curriculum is relevant.
Other: I chose BBA at Ravenshaw University because it is a well-known and reputed university in Odisha, and I wanted to pursue an MBA, so doing an undergraduate degree in BBA seemed ideal.

Very satisfied with the college and faculty.
Placements: I am from the 2019-22 batch of BBA. Mostly 70% of students got placements. Companies like TCS and Infosys were the top recruiters during my batch. The placement cell is very cooperative here. Even after completion of the course, they are still trying to place the students who were not able to get a job during the placement drive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite nice here. They have a library as well as a central library. The classrooms are very nice and beautiful, and they are air-conditioned. They have a water purifier as well. There is no canteen available in the faculty, but they have a big ground for sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful, and they also behave very nicely with students. Semester exams were of an average level of toughness. The pass percentage would be approximately 95%. The course curriculum is very burdenless, and the teachers are very qualified and friendly. They help a lot.

Placements: It is a self-financed course, so our college does not provide placements. If you want placements, you have to join private colleges.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It has good environment. The hostel is quite good. It provides 24X7 electricity and water facilities. The food served in the hostel is average. Our college provides very good sports facilities. There is a gym for girls and boys. We have a huge ground for cricket and football.
Faculty: All teachers are very good and supportive. We can ask them anything. They are qualified and well-trained. Exams are average.

Our college provides excellent faculty members.
Placements: There are 64 seats in our department, and there are 128 seats in the year 2019-22. Around 10 students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. There are no internships at this college. The top role offered is business executive.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good. Wi-Fi connection is also enabled. It has a huge library There is no hostel for BBA or any self-financed course. Sports are also conducted. Gym facility is also available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. If you want to pursue BBA then it is the best university. Semester exams are conducted very strictly. Students from science, commerce, or arts can take admission so the course is not difficult to pursue. We have to study properly to score good marks.
Other: It is the best college for students. Various fests are organised in this college.

Yes, you are eligible for BBA course after 12th without mathematics (Arts stream). BBA is a 3 years under graduate course (6 semesters). There are some specializations as well under BBA such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics, IB etc

If you have scored 64% in your 12th board examination, you can easily take admission in BBA in private colleges as the government colleges have high cut off for the BBA. But don't worry you will be able to get direct admission in various colleges. And 64% is really good.

Cutoff marks for BBA in ravenshaw isnt that high. If u have secured a first class you can easily get through. Even if you hold a second class, still you have some chances though. All the best.
