Good curriculum but not followed properly.

Placements: Due to demonetisation the placement in 2017 was a nightmare for the school. In this year only three IPCs came for the placement interview but other companies are below par and they are only coming for sales jobs. A guy, who is looking for valuation, finance, market research facilities management. Vertical it's not the right place.

School which makes you Real Estate Professional.

Placements: The School has a dedicated team called Business Development Team, for taking care of Internships and Placements. The Team has very strong contacts with the industry and is able to achieve 100% placements record. As the year 2017 has been the worst hit year for the real estate, still the school managed to get internships for everyone. I did my internship in San Diego, CA and got placed with Edelweiss Finance in Mumbai. Some of the companies which came for placements are CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield,...

The college has the best pedagogy and facilities.

Placements: The placement procedure is the best in this institute. It was also good for our senior batches. The average placement package offered was around 4-5 LPA. The institute assures 100% placement in best companies. The institute helps all students to get placed in best companies according to their performance.

MBA CPM in amity university Noida.

Placements: Not worth it. If you have 6 CGPA then only you can do anything. But if it is less you won't even get a degree you'll get a Diploma which is even worse. Else there is good placement but it is not worth your money for sure. You can opt for nicmar instead of RICS amity university Noida.

When education is considered, it is the best, but we are not able to make up for the placements.

Placements: The placements in the college for this batch and year are not up to the mark. Only 78 students got placed from 277 eligible students. The participation of international companies is poor. Most of the companies appearing for placements are for sales and marketing portfolio.

Life at RICS School of Built Environment.

Placements: The placements for this year has been poor. In the last few years, it has been good. But this year, a few percentages of students got placed. There is a placement test, and then a placement rank is awarded to all eligible students with CGPA above 6. The score will include 10th, 12th, B.Tech, and MBA marks along with GD and PI scores.

RICS is a college with immense possibilities.

Placements: The placements are available only when you are good. They don't come easy, you need hard work and should have luck both on your side. Good companies do visit, but only a few. The companies like SPCL, Leighton, GMR, etc., came for placement, but the intake of students is more which is the real issue. The recruiters ask for an experience where the real issue begins and people who are fresher suffer. The eligibility criteria are that CGPA should be above 6, placement score, etc. There are many hurd...

RICS, Amity. Only join if you are good in studies or willing to study hard.

Placements: You are only eligible if you have CGPA of more than 6. You only get placements if you have good CGPA and skills to impress the interviewer, which will be taught to you in the pre-placement activities. You have to go through some pre-placement exams which will be conducted by the school itself, and a rank is given. A ghood rank means better chances of getting placed.

Amazing experience of the college life.

Placements: Placement of this campus is good and much better than other colleges, and for all the courses, various core companies come and take students with a good average package which is from Rs. 5 to 6 LPA. So placement scenario is good with around 50 to 60 % students getting placed here. The majority of the students get placed at the end of the year.

Overall, the college is average, not good.

Placements: Our senior batch was not placed till now, and our current batch is going on with placement, but hardly 40 students are got placed till now. And, at the current time, companies also refuse to come to the campus because the college performance is not good for the current market.

A review of Amity University, Noida.

Placements: The first phase of the placements has been completed, and the placements are good so far. We are expecting more companies in future, which may offer a good package. Though the management is putting the best efforts to invite companies, the global market is not stable right now, which is quite disappointing, but hope for the best. Because of GCC, UAE countries are also facing financial crisis recently. Every year, a majority of the students get placed, but this year, we were clearly informed that...

Good faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Demonetization majorly impacted the placements for our seniors. Even now the placement team is getting companies for placements. 80% students have been placed up till now and we hope the market gets stable as before during our placements. All thanks to the board for the outstanding management even in the worst market situation.

Construction Management from RICS School of Built Environment, Noida.

Placements: Last year, the placements were 100% with an average package of 7.2 LPA. This year, so far 80% placements have been completed and the average package has dropped to 6.3 LPA, the reason being demonetisation and its effect on the construction industry. Although, it is supposed to see a rise next year.

Good course, great opportunities. Hope of Indian real estate sector.

Placements: There was 100% placement for the batch of 2013-16 as it was the first batch of BBA in real estate and urban infrastructure. There was 100% placement for MBA students for 3 consecutive years till 2016. Placements are still good. Though they are facing some placement issues with the students enrolled in infrastructure management. There were real estate consultancy companies such as CBRE, JLL, DTZ, Colliers etc. who came to pick the students. Then there were certain developer companies such as Ace ...

The infrastructure of the college is very well equipped with all the equipment like computer labs, well maintained library, classrooms with projectors, etc. RICS provides 100% placement as of now with an average package of around 6.5 lakhs. The faculty is from the industry itself and has core knowledge of the industry and they introduced us the real estate industry.

It has a well-educated and skilled faculty. the infrastructure is also wonderful. It has great hostel facilities. Overall, it’s a great option. However, the fees structure is too high.

I will only suggest that it would be great option for upcoming students.

Placements: The highest package goes up to 1 crore and the lowest package starts from 25 lakhs. Many companies like IDFC First Bank, Analyst 1, and more come for placements. More than 78% of students in the BBA course got internships in companies like IDFC and others. The internships were in digital marketing and human resources.

Placements: The management is good, but it has problems. The companies do come, but they have many problems with the management process, so they face issues during recruitment. The placement in this city is mostly with government companies. But the placement is about 15K package.
