Amity is excellent in giving placement.

Placements: Many companies like Amazon, Aditya Birla Capital, Deloitte, etc. conducted placement drives. Students don't have to worry about placement as our college support student and help to provide the best placement. It provides 100%placement to the students. The average salary package varies under 6-7 LPA.

The course for those who can afford and want to learn deep about real estate.

Placements: Very few people get placed after the graduation from this college. The course though is very good for those who are looking forward towards real estate business. The highest package offered would have been 4 L p. a. Start up companies and local real estate companies come for placements here.

The college provides fun and learning.

Placements: Almost all the students got placed. The salary offered varies according to the students' experience, company expectation job roles, etc. Top recruiting companies of our college are CBRE, JLL, SPCL, T&T, GDH, etc. The top role offered to the students is a project coordinator. In our course, the salary package offered depends on the factors, and there are no such criteria. All of them got an internship which is provided by the college, and also a mentor is provided in the company.

It is a good college to gain experience and to get placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Many top recruiters visit our campus for placements. Roles offered were junior level as we don't have any experience of the job and we are freshers. Almost 60% of the students got an internship, and most of them were unpaid. However, some students also paid internships. Overall, it is good.

It's a college with good learning and practice, but bad placements due to the construction industry.

Placements: Almost 60% of students are placed, but due to the market conditions, the payments receiving are lower than the average market pays. Students who are placed are either in other industry or accept for less salary at high qualifications. They are dissatisfied with what they secured, but they adjusted as the industry is encouraging only experienced people from educational institutions, which is quite difficult.

Good curriculum but not followed properly.

Placements: Due to demonetisation the placement in 2017 was a nightmare for the school. In this year only three IPCs came for the placement interview but other companies are below par and they are only coming for sales jobs. A guy, who is looking for valuation, finance, market research facilities management. Vertical it's not the right place.

RICS is a college with immense possibilities.

Placements: The placements are available only when you are good. They don't come easy, you need hard work and should have luck both on your side. Good companies do visit, but only a few. The companies like SPCL, Leighton, GMR, etc., came for placement, but the intake of students is more which is the real issue. The recruiters ask for an experience where the real issue begins and people who are fresher suffer. The eligibility criteria are that CGPA should be above 6, placement score, etc. There are many hurd...

RICS, Amity. Only join if you are good in studies or willing to study hard.

Placements: You are only eligible if you have CGPA of more than 6. You only get placements if you have good CGPA and skills to impress the interviewer, which will be taught to you in the pre-placement activities. You have to go through some pre-placement exams which will be conducted by the school itself, and a rank is given. A ghood rank means better chances of getting placed.

Overall, the college is average, not good.

Placements: Our senior batch was not placed till now, and our current batch is going on with placement, but hardly 40 students are got placed till now. And, at the current time, companies also refuse to come to the campus because the college performance is not good for the current market.

A review of Amity University, Noida.

Placements: The first phase of the placements has been completed, and the placements are good so far. We are expecting more companies in future, which may offer a good package. Though the management is putting the best efforts to invite companies, the global market is not stable right now, which is quite disappointing, but hope for the best. Because of GCC, UAE countries are also facing financial crisis recently. Every year, a majority of the students get placed, but this year, we were clearly informed that...

Amity provides great facilities for students along with a great study environment. Classes are interactive and beneficial for students. There is a great placement record of the college. It has a well-educated and skilled faculty. the infrastructure is also wonderful. It has great hostel facilities. Overall, it’s a great option. However, the fees structure is too high.

Review of RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Noida .

Placements: The management is good, but it has problems. The companies do come, but they have many problems with the management process, so they face issues during recruitment. The placement in this city is mostly with government companies. But the placement is about 15K package.

I am dissatisfied because of placements in 2016-2017, but the infrastructure is good.

Placements: Placements in recent years have not been as good as they used to be. The academic year of 2016-2017 was particularly poor in terms of placements. A lot of important faculty members left the college, and thereby the education standard is reducing as well. Seniors are also concerned about their futures to be in good condition. None of the companies is visiting here for placements. Even those companies which visiting here are offering very low salary packages.
