Placements: There is a cell for placement in our college. More than 40 companies visit here every year to hire students. The average salary package offered after B.Com is about 3 LPA-4 LPA. The highest salary package offered at our B.Com college is approximately 6 LPA-7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 1 LPA-2 LPA. Placements: There are around 700 students in B.Com who were given the best knowledge by the wonderful teachers. The average salary package offered to us was around Rs. 25,000 per month. Many top companies like Tata, Wipro, HDFC Bank, and others visit our college to provide students with jobs. Almost 80% of the students get internships and hence start their corporate career.
Placements: So we have around 20 % students placed in our course. In our college the placement forum arranges career fest and there are many companies for recruitment the highest package is about 8 LPA and the lowest package is 2 LPA as far as I know. Top recruiting companies would be Delloite, KPMG, TCS, mckinsey, etc. From our course around 50 % of students applied for internship and 25 % of them got the internship in small private firms as well as big firms like ICICI securities, Morning star, etc. Top r...
Placements: In our college, we have a placement cell, and they conduct a career fest. From our class, about 10% of students got internships and they got a stipend of nearly about Rs. 5,000 per month from companies like Morning Star, Reliance Capital, Bajaj Finserv, Kotak Securities, P&G, JP Morgan, and various other companies. Placements: Due to covid, there were no placements in our college. They only formed through Whatsapp groups and were sending job information. While in other colleges, during covid, the students were placed in good firms. We faced difficulties like even after clearing all semesters, we were not placed.
Placements: Approximately 15-20 students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was around 11 LPA. Almost 20-25% of students get internships. Top roles offered were sales, and marketing as first priority and the next was finance. But the companies coming for recruitment were amazing.
Placements: In one classroom, there are 120 students. The highest salary package offered was 1.4 LPA. Roles like sales executives, business development executives, and auditors are offered here. Companies like TCS, Wipro, various chartered accountant companies, Bank of America, and some co-operative banks visit the college for placements.
Placements: Around 30% of students got placed in college with an average package of 5 to 6 LPA. Recruiting companies were mainly local companies and startup-associated corporates. The teachers are very helpful, and they motivate students to attend every type of seminar and indulge with big personalities. They gave us contacts which were helpful not only for now but also for future.
Placements: S. K. Somaiya College of Arts, Science, and Commerce is a very reputed college. The college has its placement cell for students. The teaching staff is great. There are various forums for students to take part and improve their personality.
Placements: Most of the students were placed in our course, around 80%. The highest package is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Big 4 also come here. 60% of the students got internships from our college.
Placements: As a student belonging to Bachelor's of Arts course, I would say that my college has provided a satisfactory experience in the areas of academic and extracurricular activities. I belong to the 2022 batch, and the course which I had opted for B.A. Psychology is a 3 year course, comprising of 6 semesters. In the primary year of the course, students are provided with 6 subjects of their choice (Psychology/History, Sociology/Philosophy, Economics/Political Science, Hindi/Marathi, Foundation Course, ...
Placements: The placement process is not very effective, and only the top 10% of the batch got placed through the mass recruitment process in companies like Crisil, Tata Group, Axis Bank etc. The average package offered was 1.5 Lacs per annum. Internships are not compulsory, and the students are supposed to reach out to the companies for internships themselves.
Placements: Almost 80% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. Kotak Mahindra Bank is the top recruiting company of our college. Internships are provided in the accounts department, call center, and shipping line. Top roles offered are as a senior executive in the accounting department, executives in the teaching field, sales marketing promoters, and event management.
Placements: Our course has a high percentage of females. The fee of the course is Rs. 10,000, which can be divided into two instalments, i.e., Rs. 6,000 and Rs. 4,000. Cognizant Technology is one of the companies which hires B.A graduates. B.A graduates can pursue a successful career as an HR manager, marketing, executive assistant/manager and many more roles.
Placements: The quality of placements provided by the college is quite good. I am studying now, but many students from the previous batch got placed. The highest salary package offered in our course is 21 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5.5 LPA. Our placement wing is so good that it prepares students before 2-3 months of the arrival of the company so that we could focus on our drawback and make it perfect till the time of interview and crack the interview easily.
Placements: Almost 65 percentage of the students in our batch secured jobs in leading organizations like Star News, Aaj Tak, CNBC and the highest package of my batch was Rs 6 Lacs per annum. The average package offered was Rs 3.5 Lacs per annum and the lowest package was Rs 2 Lacs per annum. The internship is not compulsory yet most of the students go for it since practical experience helps a lot in securing a good job.
Placements: A common placement drive was conducted for all courses together. Almost 50% of students of our batch managed to get a job in leading organisations like TCS, HDFC Bank and Axis Bank. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 1.75 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. Internships were not mandatory, but students can search for companies on their own.
Placements: I was from 2019 B.Com batch. Around 20-30 percent got campus placement. Various companies such as wipro, reliance etc. conducted interviews. About 1.8 lacs was the lowest package and about 5 lacs was the highest package. Roles such as manager accountant were the role offered .
Placements: Top recruiting companies for our batch included Aaj Tak, Reliance, Balaji Telefilms, etc. The highest salary package offered in our batch was 5.7 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Internships are not compulsory, but about 80% to 90% of students prefer to do internships since it provides us with practical exposure.
