Review of School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Apeejay Stya University.
Placements: Our college has an excellent placement record. Our college provides 2 months duration internship after 4th semester and 6 months duration internship after the 6th semester. Top recruiting companies for our course are NDTV, Quint, The Hindu, etc., and they offer placements with decent salary packages and secure life with many excellent experiences.
Infrastructure: Our college provides amazing hostel facilities, and 24x7 Wi-Fi facility is available on the entire campus. The quality of the food served in the mess and canteen is good. There is a separate ground for football and cricket, and a badminton court is also available. The medical facility is amazing as medicines and nurses are available 24x7. Events are organised regularly here.
Faculty: There are excellent teachers, and they have an excellent experience, and our college dean is previous managing editor of the top news channel NDTV. Some of the teachers are working as journalists. So, students get to know about the current scenario and theory topics through their experience, so it becomes easy to understand the topics.
Other: Campus life is amazing here due to the availability of dance practising room and gym. A lot of events and competitions are organised regularly for students to have complete development of their personality.
