Placements: It is worth mentioning that B.Sc. (Honors) in Physics mainly prefer to go into higher studies for Masters; that's why placement preference is significantly low in the course. Other than that, the college has a placement cell, which posts placement opportunities sometimes. Eligible students can apply through them and get placed based on their skillset.
Placements: This college is known for its best quality education. College provides placements to around 25% students. The highest package offered in this college was 12 LPA and the lowest package offered in this college was 2 LPA. Average package offered in our college was 2-3 LPA. Top roles offered in our course were intern, relationship manager, etc.
Placements: Almost all the students who SAT for the placement got the job. The top recruiting companies in our college include TISCO, Birla, etc. The top roles offered in our course are Masters from reputed colleges, IT sector work, teaching profession as a guest lecturer, and other facilities.
Placements: I'm really sorry to inform but you shouldn't dream of being placed. No placement opportunities in this college. The chances of you getting a job by completing a B.Sc. course from Serampore college are extremely rare. The college has no arrangements for organising placements as well. I may sound harsh but mate, it's true.
Placements: There are no job placements available for subject-oriented courses. On-campus packages are not offered for B.Sc., B.A., and B.Com students. Normal degree course students do not have access to on-campus job opportunities. The focus is mainly on Biotech companies, which are not located on campus. The emphasis is on academic excellence and the opportunity for further studies.
Placements: About 70% of students got jobs and about 30% of students got paid internships. The highest salary offered was Rs.30000 per month, the lowest salary offered was Rs.12000 per month, and the average salary offered was Rs.22000 per month. About 50-60% of students got internships at Google and IBM. The top roles offered like manager level in IT company. Overall, it was a good experience, and will recommend it.
Placements: Our college does not have a placement program. The teaching quality is quite good. There is no campaign selection or anything like that, not of any that I know of. It is good for overall education. The courses are extremely affordable and they have very helpful extracurricular activities all year round.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great here. There are well-equipped classrooms, and the lockers are clean. Classrooms have good hygiene. Sports are conducted on the campus, which is huge and airy. Wi-Fi is available, and there is a canteen. Our college has well-equipped laboratories and air-conditioned computer laboratories.
